My conclusion is that she was conceived right before Anna took off before Thanksgiving and that the baby's birth was late. (last period around 11/5/05 - use a online Pregnancy calculator) It may be that she carried the baby longer under the advise of her doctor. The baby was 6 pound 9 ounces when she was born - which is average but if she would have been born 3 weeks earlier she may have been a preemie. I think she carried the baby 2 or 3 weeks longer and of course we all know she was born by c-section.

Some women only carry for 36 weeks some carry for longer than 44 weeks - but normally they induce labor at 44 weeks if it does not happen naturally by 44 weeks.

Per Larry Anna left between the 18th and 22nd of November 2005 and he did not see her again until 12/31/05. They were still involved together until she left for Thanksgiving.

Thank so much for the dates. I was two weeks late for both of mine, but if this is true, she was three weeks late. This doesn't look good for LB. I hope I'm wrong.

Food for thought. I have family members and many friends who all have birthdays in the Sept 6-11 range. One year I had a discussion with on of them about why so many b-day's in that week. She told me, roughly nine months before ......New Year's eve.

I don't think we have enough information to rule out LB as the father, and I don't think they would be doing some of the things that they are if he wasn't sure he's the father.

But I thought that LB testified that he and ANS together did a home pregnancy test in January and it was negative. Remember the first false pregnancy alarm? A false neagtive maybe? But doesn't that mean that she and LB were together in December? Why would they be doing a test together if LB didn't think it could be his child?

Then, LB said that in February she told him again that she was pregnant and that it must have happened after the last pregnancy test? Please, someone else that remembers LB's testimony better -- help!

Also, how accurate are those home pregnancy tests? Could she have actually been pregnant from that first "false alarm"?

First, I've read several posts here indicating that the baby was born EARLY rather than late. Don't know how true that is. In any event, are you sure you want to use November 5, 2005 as the estimate date of ANS' last period? The general rule in calculating pregnancies is to use the Date of the start of the Last Period and count BACK 3 months. Then add 7 Days and that is the anticipated due date.

So IF ANS' last period began (using the estimated date above) on November 5, 2005 - 3 months BACK is August 5, 2005. Add 7 days and the estimated due date is August 12. It doesn't work for a baby born on September 7 no matter how late the baby was or was not. It doesn't work.

I am certain this calculation is correct because when I was pregnant with my daughter the doctor used this calculation. My last period was November 6, 1977 making the estimated due date August 13, 1978. My daughter was born on that day.

Anyway I play with the possible dates of conception using Danilynn's birth date I end up with a December conception date. ANS was in South Carolina for all of December of 2005 and did not see Larry during that month. I hope he's the daddy but I worry that he may be up for a major disappointment.
