Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Pro Pinder was on FOX today...

Here is what he said...

The atty's name under Informat on the birth reg. Is violation of Section 12 of the Birth & Deaths Act - Chapter 199

Pinder says that the courts will more than likely order the DNA test to be done and if Stern refuses to this - the n Stern's presumption of fatherhood would be washed away and Larry would be allowed to make an obligation to put his name as father on the child birth reg.

Pinder is stating that Stern name on the birth reg is rebuttable and if refuses to allow the DNA test that the courts will see that he not the father (why try to hide it - no doubt that child has rights to know who her real father is)

Pinder says that Birkhead can get a new birth reg for the baby with his name and Anna's name as the parents of the child. Once the DNA tests prove he is the father child.

Pinder is saying that Sterns wants to call the Horizon property "Anna Land" (no $hit). What do you wanna bet that the TrimSpew guy buys the property at 10 million!

You know, I'm really worried that he might not be the father, and he has gone through so much with this. Obviously he owes his attorneys a lot of money, and has been emotionally involved thinking this is his baby. If he's not the father, how does he save face? How very embarrassing after all this. The media will have a field day.

To give birth on Sept. 7th, to a full term baby, conception would have had to take place on or around December 16th. I realize you could be early or late, but I was watching LKL last night, and darn if that baby didn't look to me again like G.B Thompson. The Austrian bodyguard said he was with her until Dec. 25th. If you look at him, also, there's a possibility there, too! Tsk tsk, Anna!

Do I recall Birkhead saying that he was with her since Dec. 31st? Please tell me I'm wrong...anyone?

(Gestation is 266 days, or 38 weeks.)

Well done (again)!
"In the end there is a very good chance that Birkhead will come out of this with his child in his arms and with full custody of her"

True, when LB's paternity is proven. Until then - perhaps Virgie has the best and earliest chance of getting the infant out of the hands of the scum sucking leech.

you know I was doing the same thing last night.

My conclusion is that she was conceived right before Anna took off before Thanksgiving and that the baby's birth was late. (last period around 11/5/05 - use a online Pregnancy calculator) It may be that she carried the baby longer under the advise of her doctor. The baby was 6 pound 9 ounces when she was born - which is average but if she would have been born 3 weeks earlier she may have been a preemie. I think she carried the baby 2 or 3 weeks longer and of course we all know she was born by c-section.

Some women only carry for 36 weeks some carry for longer than 44 weeks - but normally they induce labor at 44 weeks if it does not happen naturally by 44 weeks.

Per Larry Anna left between the 18th and 22nd of November 2005 and he did not see her again until 12/31/05. They were still involved together until she left for Thanksgiving.

>>>The story is on here somewhere. LB held her, fed her, burped her and then she spit up on him! >>>>

That sounds more like just talk. I don't know many five month olds that still spit up. Some are even eating baby food at that age.

Yeah, there seems to be a 'new' type of argument being made. Stern may not be the biological father, but is 'some kind' of father. (For example, one of the attorneys I heard say FL law believes you can have more than one father.)

Speculation is that LB and HKS are negotiating, which is very concerning, because you know that HKS is going to try to keep some kind of toe-hold on this child.

The thought of him as a second daddy makes me ill. Charlie Tiger of Seminole police and FBI have been reported to be doing an investigation in the Bahaamas.

From previous period, pardon me. I mean, 40 weeks from first day of last period, giving two weeks before conception.

Very disturbing; I wonder if LB will trade away part of the baby to get this over with; I surely hope not.

"Some kind of father," huh? Like the kind that let's the mommy do big time drugs?

The term used on Fox by someone? this morning was "psychological father".

Why do you all think that Larry has the right to trade away any of the child things even if he is found to be the father? I thought all of it will be locked up in a trust that Larry cannot touch.

There is a lot of concern about this negotiation. However, if you want my opinion, I think LB's doing it because he's been advised how long it's going to take things to move through the Bahama courts, and he's trying to keep her safe through this.

When I read she spit up on him - I thought WHOA, that's kinda late to be spitting up and wondered what was wrong with her - they really don't spit up at that age. In my experience anyway.

One thing to consider is that C-sections are usually a week - 10 days before the baby is due. And didn't LB have it narrowed down to the very night she was conceived?
Lawdy, I never knew so much about someone else's private life. :o)
