If Larry is proven to be the biological father, I don't see how Virgie could get custody.

But I haven't read all of the posts here, so maybe I'm missing something...

If Larry gets custody, I feel sure he would let Virgie come see her grandchild--and even hold her! LOL

Many things will come into factor even after Birkhead is proven to be the father of the baby. Who can afford to raise the child, who has the best home life situation, and on and on.
