Yes, we're talking about two different things. We don't know if Anna Nicole has a will, to begin with. That comes first, then scrutiny of it.

Who drew it up and who is named the executor and if any of it was under duress or influence of drugs will be important.

Well, if Sterns drafted her will, he can't be a beneficiary. Unless he's her legal husband. And they just had a commitment ceremony, right?

Also, just how much money did she have? I got the idea that she was broke. She had a claim for her elderly husband's millions, but that was far from settled.

As for the baby, rest assured that the baby is safe for awhile IF Sterns' only motive is to use her as a conduit for the potential millions. In most jurisdictions you have to survive for a certain period (three months) before you can take what you inherit. If you don't survive, it's as if you preceased the decedent. IOW, if Daniellyn doesn't survive for xx days, then anything she would have received from ANS's estate would pass as if Daniellyn had died before ANS did.

"Incompetent" she was not. Maybe weird and whacky but not the same thing. Going before the Supreme Court offers very convincing proof of competency. I'm sure any will was properly drawn up...Wonder who the witnesses where??
