It is a double implant (pocket technique) to make a more natural 'projection' of the breast. I just googled...a Dr. A. Miller created the technique in 1994. I would post the link (but it is to a pdf abstract and I don't want to link to something not permitted here). Google 'double implants.'

As to ANS having the procedure done...I have read about it several times (since her passing) and I seem to recall (though I didn't follow her that closely) that she had them for awhile (maybe back in the reality show daze.)

Just another question (since you said you have broken ribs during chest compression). Wouldn't/couldn't implants rupture during strong compression? Not a cause of death...but I would guess complicate the CPR process.
