Just look at the irony of this conversation between Larry King, ANS and HKS from May 2002. They are discussing incidents involved with the Marshall estate.

KING: In fact, if she were a grabbing person and this guy's begging, Howard, why not a pre-nup?

STERN: Exactly. Exactly.
