I'd like to see the emails that Anna sent Larry. Howard said that Anna's computer was stolen so Howard either made hard copies or has an old computer in Ca....sitting in the attorney's office. That was likely what that affidavit was about...the one that said that Larry agreed to leave Anna alone and stop sending stuff. I believe the agreement was likely in response to "either sign this" or we'll file an harrassment charge. His continuing emails would be construed as just that AFTER he is warned and agreed to stop. The trick is "You must warn someone". Stop calling, stop emailing...."STOP". That's what Larry meant when he said he signed it "under duress". However, I do not know if Howard signed for Anna. I doubt he can usurp that Power.
It's so convenient that both HKS and Anna and the baby and her nanny were all out of the house when they knew they were going to be evicted and while they're all gone the house is robbed. Who robbed the house? Do we know? I missed that angle.
