A NORMAL WILL includes a statement to pay for the expenses of burial. If it should be resolved that she should be buried in the States which I believe will eventually occur, the expenses to be reinterred (for both Daniel and herself)would likely come from her estate.
There's got to be an updated will. I just can't believe Anna if she had a minute of sobriety wouldn't insist on getting a new will drawn up once Daniel was dead and/or the baby was born. But any updated will that may have existed could be long gone up in smoke by now.
