I guess it just bothers me....Howard had just left Daniel. Howard had just left Anna. There's a timing to these deaths and it's very short....maybe 15 to 30 minutes.....no more than an hour.
So when EXACTLY did Howard leave Anna's side, leave the hotel and where did he go?? When did Howard leave Daniel's side and where did he go??
He went to look at the yacht or give it a drive. I heard...don't recall where...that Stern went with the father of that Immigration official from the Bahamas and at the same time the official's mother was babysitting for Dannilynn. Interesting if true.

Im the case of Daniel he went to Wendy's and brought back food and drinks.
We know from Birkheads testimony Howard gave ANS drugs in the California Hospital when she was supposed to be detoxed while pregnant with Dannielynn.
Based on that I make an assumption he put her "usual" drugs into her Wendy's drink -- to bypass the hospital not dispensing drugs she would normally take -- and Daniel accidentally drank her drink.
My reason for this: You can see the Wendy's cups behind them in the photos next to ANS bed.
Daniel had respiratory arrest from ingestion of drugs. I believe if he did not take drugs (as people have said he was anti-drugs) he would not have the tolerance ANS had to the same dose of drugs and an accdental ingestion would have been fatal.
The other evidence to my theory is there was ANS bed and another bed in the room. Daniel went to the hospital from airport and they offered him the bed, he was not tired and offered it to Howard, after they ate he became very tired and sat down in the chair next to ANS and later they found he was dead.
