Bahama law will recognize him as the father until it is proven otherwise. The TRUE father has the rights to the child unless he is considered "unfit". That is not the case since Anna lived with Larry and she had lost a baby by him before AND there is NO doubt that he was concerned with her drug use.

Her relationship with Larry WAS the strongest of any relationship she had. Howard played Anna AND Larry to the hilt. I'm waiting for her to send a bolt of lightening in Howard's direction. It'll come!!

As far as Howard's "excellent????) relationship with Daniel....That's called Kiss a** in our language. Nearing 21, he probably talked to Daniel a bit about Anna's money. Please don't ever tell me he didn't know about the will...He had to because of the Marshall matter AND it came out of his firm.

Remember back...Howard said when the place was robbed (sorta because actually Howard was trespassing and a landlord can remove possessions), all the important legal documents were stolen. What was the date of the robbery?? Is that why he needed a copy faxed to him????
