Thank you for your kind words - I think we could use a little more of that around here tonight. This woman was tortured by demons most of us will thankfully never have to endure. The sick cult of Celebrity has claimed another victim. Of course she craved the limelight - they all do. And for all the applause and attention, and wealth and fame: it is never enough. As always, the vultures will circle and pick clean the bones that remain after then spirit has long since fled, but... somewhere out this evening there is a little girl who will never really have known her mother. This is the best chance this child has got to have a normal life, and not wind up committing suicide like her half brother. The amount of gushing over this on the tube today is completely nauseating.

We can now end this thread....you summed it up perfectly...I didn't know much about this woman...but could tell she was unhappy and was looking for peace in things that can only bring pain...especially to a person that can't handle it all...she was fragile no matter what she showed on the outside...i really do feel sorry for her and this innocent child.

I only saw one episode of her so-called "reality show" and promptly emailed the producers that they should be ashamed. This woman needed an intervention, not exploitation. I told them then that they were promoting the destruction of a human being. How many here watched that show and gave them the ratings? Do you feel any guilt about exploiting this poor soul? How many here condemning those that decry her lifestyle were eager viewers of that show without voicing a protest in her behalf? How many here buy those trash magazines that are supporting the paparazzi that kill those such as Lady Di? It's a two way street. She may have craved the limelight, but who was patting her on the back for doing it? Was it any of you FReepers? If so, shame on you.
