Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

This may have been mentioned, but I hope he is questioned as to WHY Daniel was buried in the Bahamas. Did ANS feel (be led) to think she HAD to stay in the Bahamas to avoid the paternity suit?

Howard made sure that "I hate Mom" video was made. There was no custody issue at the time, yet she said "you'll never touch my baby" (or something like that).

Of course she would want to be buried with her son. I'm surprised the country even let him be buried there. Did they skirt something else to make that happen??

Both bodies should be shipped to the USA and buried in their hometown. Where are these "rights" that Howard has acquired?? He's not married to her and has not proved paternity.

I hope he winds up being arrested for kidnapping in the end, fraud, etc, etc, etc.

Seidlin also appointed Miami attorney Richard Milstein to represent Dannielynn's interests in the local court, a move that raised objections from attorneys for Smith's mother as well as her longtime partner, Howard K. Stern.

As Dannielynn's guardian ad litem, Milstein said he's seeking two things for the child: to ensure a place where she can visit her mother's grave, and to make sure she never has to know about the media and legal tussle over her life.

The judge always calls the baby Daniel Lynn. When you look at the spelling, that's easy to do. You see "Daniel" first.

I think we're in for some surprises. I'm happy with the judge to date. I think he had the body embalmed so he would have some "time".....time to tell Howard to prove paternity or else. Any of Anna's possessions are not his under paternity and selling anything from amongst her possessions is stealing from the estate. Interesting that he said he took the pictures of Gibson in bed with Anna with HIS camera.
