Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I want to correct somethings..

The day the tape was made. Gina & Ford remember the day but they knew nothing about what happened that day until Riley told them later on and I have no idea how Gina & Ford got the tape or when they first saw it. BUT...

They did not say that this was first time they had seen the tape. They said that this was the first time that they had ever seen Anna this messed up. She basically was never like this in front of them and if they had known she was that messed up that day they would have never dropped their daughter off with Anna that day.

Someone can rewatch this taping of Greta's show and can verify what I just wrote.

Still there is no word on who's tape it is, how or when they got the tape. Only that Stern was the one shooting the video. And that Gina & Ford know of the day only because they dropped their daughter off that day with Anna so that Anna could play with Riley. Also there is no word of who owned the video camera.

Advice for lawyer appointed guardian, to represent Anna Nicole Smith's daughter's (Dannielynn) best interests Here he is: Richard Milstein. From the information, it would appear that he has more than the requisite experience and background. Here is a 2001 Florida Bar article about legal representation of children. Again, without knowing anything else, I would prelimarily say that his appointment is a good one.

That advice I'd give him? Put her in witness protection. NOW. And get her away from the fighting, the looniness and anyone who contributed to what Anna Nicole became. Did Smith have control over who she became? Sure, but there were a lot of aiders and abetters and if that child is to have any chance at a relatively normal life, emphasis on relative, Milstein will remove her entirely from the circus.

Glad you're also concerned about the timeline. IIRC, the boat owner actually mention 1:00pm during his phone interview with Greta. I was happy to hear Nancy Grace bring up the timeline tonight too.

Its about time NG put on her prosecution cap, instead of defending HKS. He may have stopped anyone from calling 911 until he arrived on the scene. Therefore, he was able to do who knows what with things/evidence in the room Wonder if that's why they stayed at the Hard Rock, due to it being Indian Land??

After hearing the body guard today, I'm thinking he is a faithful HKS supporter and therefore what ever he says, I take with a grain of salt. The body guard is probably being paid by HKS out of ANS's funds. Soooooo he's gonna stay on the side of his bread and butter, imho.

What a stinking outrage that the father of ANS was forbid from seeing her. Guess the ME can't show any favoritism at this time. What a mess for ANS's real family. The rest of them are nothing but opportunist, such as those from the Bahamas, who now consider themselves to be her best friends - even though they have only known her for a few months.

I agree! Plus the plots were purchased by HKS, possibly without her knowledge. I'm sure he had access to her credit cards or checking accounts. Stearn is truly a manipulating monster.

I hope and pray he doesn't get by with what he's done to Anna and Daniel, either intentionally or by accident. We can only hope the lawyers who are fighting HKS are up to the task at hand.

Am watching the re-run of Greta. The date of purchase of plots was October 18th. I think HKS pressed Anna to say the things she said about her Mom on the ET video. What motives did he have to further estranged ANS from her Mom and family?? I think the answer is obvious. He wanted her totally dependent on him for everything.

Wonder if he got lessons on how to further brainwash her from the Trimspa hypnosis trickster?

11:30am Stern Left Anna sleeping and if we believe Bonnie Stern that Howard's gone for 2 hours then 11:30am is the approximate time he left Anna sleeping

At the Yacht , Stern received a call from the nurse. About 1:00pm-1:15 according to what the yacht dealer told Greta`s On the record The drive back to Anna according to Access Holiwood reporter Potts who drove it is approx 20 minutes

1:38pm The Seminole, Fla., police chief told reporters in a Thursday afternoon news conference that a private nurse employed by Smith made a 911 call at 1:38 p.m. EST

1:42pm - 911 call to Hollywood Fire & Rescue from Seminole PD


1:45pm Bodyguard Administered CPR to Anna

1:48pm - Emergency medical personnel arrived at the hotel around 1:48 p.m., six minutes after the emergency call was made . A paramedic with the Hollywood Fire Rescue Department told WTVJ-TV that Ms. Smith was not breathing when he and other rescue workers arrived in her suite, and that they had tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to restore her heartbeat.
"There was just no way of knowing how long she'd been down before she was discovered," the paramedic, Capt. Dan Fitzgerald, told the television station. He said Ms. Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, was in the room when the rescue team arrived and had provided her medical history.

2:49pm- She was pronounced dead at Memorial Hospital

I DO NOT GET THIS!! Howard got the called and drove the 20 mins and WAS there IN THE ROOM BEFORE the Paramedics!!!!!!!!! And who called Nanny Gibson telling her to get baby and get out of Horizions BEFORE SHE KNEW ABOUT ANNA?? Was this before the news of Anna collasping came out?? Who ever cleaned up that room had to know what to take AND what to leave!!!! I believe that is why they had to wait for HOWARD only he could do it right......And why is the nurse saying Anna`s jaw was messed up and she could not close it....was this rigor? Why did they make such a BIG deal out of the fact Anna was iced down?? Was she dead before H left? Howard`s 36 hrs in bed with cold sweets....was this withdraws?.......If Danielynn was in danger in the Bahamas so early on why did Bonnie first go to Howards hotel room...? Does Howie have a criminal attorney in Florida?? in the Bahamas??...what did he need to tell her that cold not of been done over the phone?? And what about the baby tranquilizers that was first mentioned?...Why are there all these phone calls going back and forth AND 911 WAS THE LAST CALL MADE TO SAVE HER??..Howard had a driver he could of easily made the call.....WHY DID HE NOT AT LEAST CALL 911 in that 20 mins??.. The Horry County Sheriff's Office has turned over items related to the Anna Nicole Smith case to Florida police.

According to Lisa H. Bourcier, the county's director of public information, officers with the Seminole Police Department came to Conway this afternoon to get the following items being held by the local Sheriff's Office:

a black plastic bag with two laptops, a portable hard drive and miniature video cassette tapes.

a shopping bag that had various papers and videotapes.
The 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida sent the local Sheriff's Office a written request to release the items to the Seminole police.

MB resident turns in Anna Nicole items

As a crime scene unit investigated a robbery at Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamian home on Thursday, two Myrtle Beach men became further embroiled in the ongoing ordeal.

The Horry County Sheriff's Office on Thursday turned over two laptop computers, several video tapes and other items taken from Smith's home after her death to Florida authorities, Sheriff Phillip Thompson said.

Thompson said the items were brought to his office on Tuesday by Ford Shelley of Myrtle Beach, who obtained them at the Bahamian home last week. Shelley is the son-in-law of Myrtle Beach developer G. Ben Thompson, who had been fighting with Smith over ownership of the $900,000 home. Smith and Ben Thompson had briefly dated in the past.

The 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida coordinated the exchange of the items from Horry County authorities to Seminole police, who are investigating Smith's death because she died on property owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

"We put it in safekeeping, because we didn't know if it was evidence or not," Phillip Thompson said. "We just felt like the property needed to be protected since they are doing an investigation into her death."

The items will be returned to Horry County officials if they do not play a role in the investigation of Smith's death, according to a letter from the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida to Horry County Deputy Solicitor Fran Humphries.
