Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Boy, is that the truth. I found it interesting that Ford told Greta that ANK had wanted Howard to leave at different times. I think Howard not only purposefully isolated her from other people and created wedges between her and others making her dependent on him, but he also filmed these incriminating videos and involved ANS in questionable activities so that he would have leverage over her as well. He saw and knew everything. He actually encouraged her to make a fool of herself if it could make them money. Who knows what other incriminating evidence Howard has on ANS. Poor thing. He used and abused her. But somehow he had convinced her that he was the only one acting in her best interest -- when it was completely the opposite. She was trapped.
The Shelley people seem very sincere and kind. If anyone was going to save her, it could have been them. I think they feel a bit guilty they didn't do more...sooner.

Especially when you add the Britt-pack to the scene and the latest video of Robert Kardashians daughter.... people are starting to see the bad and ugly of the entertainment world, and people that a lot of impressionable young girls look up to.
I have found Nancy Grace's transcripts handy, when trying to pin down what some of the players have said in the past few months. Plus, reading a transcript you don't have to hear her annoying voice and annoying music.
That reminds me, has anybody seen TrimSpa Toady, Alex Goen lately?
I just had a thought reading redgirlinabluestate's post here... is it possible this video was in the things Ford Shelly and Ben Thompson removed from ANS's home in the Bahamas and they only saw this for themselves after she died?

yes absolutely agree - she was trapped. I am actually grateful she had the friendship with the Shelley's during her last year of life. But, you're right, Ford Shelley especially was showing great sense of guilt - that they couldn't keep what happened from happening. But the wife came back and said - we did what Anna wanted - she wanted to be in the bahamas to have the baby. But I have no doubt she wanted that at Stern's urging....he knew the Bahamas location was his protection for (his plan to) claim paternity over Anna's baby. This guy Stern was not dumb. Evil but not dumb.

He was on H&C today still sticking up for HKS saying ANS wore the pants in the family. That may have been true, but only when HKS did not have her whacked out on drugs.
That's what I think. They were there, Howard shot it so they had never seen it before.
Yes, exactly. Didn't Ford say some time earlier that ANS had asked them to protect her (or something to that effect) if anything ever happened to her?
end of june early july anna went to the thompson family home in marathon fl (florida keys) (she left the Mrytle Beach home).
She stayed with the Thompson's mother and another one of Thompson adult male children and his wife and children. (Howard never showed up there during that period - but he would call the house in the Keys and Anna would tell mother Thompson that she did not want to talk to Howard - she said she didn't want to be bothered with Howard right now - this went on for weeks while anna was down there in the keys)
On July 18th Ben and Ford flew down to the Keys and picked Anna up and Ben's Mother - then then loaded the plane up and all 4 of them went to the Bahamas together. They all moved Anna into a house that Ford had rented for Anna that was over the ocean club estates. That was a temporary location until they were able to get the house. (Stern was not in the Bahama's at that time) - This was one day trip but Ben stayed behind with Anna in the Bahamas - Ford and his mother in law went back to the FL Keys.
Ford believes that Stern showed up in the bahamas at the end of July but had left and returned several times from the end of July to the end of August.
Yes. Wonder what else they found that is making their blood boil... and more will help get the baby away from that monster.
And Sean Hannity, I think, dissed Stern.....or at least believed the friend.
Further, the TMZ guy I think is anti-Stern.
Right, Nancy Grace is just annoying - very. And, no, I haven't seen the Trimspa Toad or Stern's attorney friend on lately - but that may be because I haven't watched NG for awhile. (I occasionally slide by her show and stop - but ONLY for a moment - it's all I can take).
I think the Blogosphere is clearly against Stern.
But, again, one note here: Where is the police investigation?????????? Just sitting there doing nothing while waiting for the autopsy toxicology report?????? THAT is not looking good.
I will always ask - did HKS arrange for their stay at the Seminole Casino just so that the "usual" police forces would not be in charge of an investigation? I know they had visited that place earlier several times.....but that would mean Stern understood very well that the unusual police force rules would be in place if anything happened to ANS while there.
Sorry but again it reminds me of Vince Foster's investigation being under the control of the park police instead of the FBI based on (supposedly) where Foster "died". It makes a big difference WHO is investigating a potential crime.
Then Stern had pimped ANS out in order to facilitate their Bahama "residency" - no matter what Shane Gibson said. Now Mr. Gibson is gone. But Stern still has the "protection" of the Bahamian residence - for now. (for how much longer is the question - we can hope that this new video might add to the urgency of Mr. Ben Thompson to find a way to evict Stern now).
Think about it. That was his SOP. He did it not only with Anna, he did it with the Bahamanian immigration official, Shane Gibson. He took the pictures, and used them as leverage.
Think about how many others that he must have done it to.
I think that the death at the Hard Rock, was untimely for HKS, because he wouldn't have left himself so exposed at Horizons house. Whatever he had on people, are now in sheriff's hands and his leverage is gone. The tape on Greta tonight was just a signal to him that the jig is up.
The ball is in his court now. We'll see what he does tomorrow.
Yes, it's a mess and what's more I think he didn't want another death in the Bahamas with the impending inquest where there is someone planning to testify against him in Daniels death... what would be more convenient than to have a second death in a location you cannot easily be toucbed, just like the Bahamas, but different.
Quick question: how did Greta get ahold of those video's?
