Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'm sorry the short off topic messages bother you and some others. But threads this long will go off topic every once an while for brief periods of time. That is just part of Free Republic and people trying to be social with others. Also this thread is in the Chat section of FR and it is no longer in the breaking news section of FR.
I am not going to get uptight if the thread goes off topic for brief periods of time especially when nothing new is really breaking hard about the case.

For the record....I was the only one, as far as I know, who was asked not to post about the said topic. Seems my posts were causing the problem. I left for several hours. The said topic has been resolved and I communicated those results through private messages. Don't blame the other posters for something I caused, please. Thanks.

As for the upset poster, I can't say. The topic of the upsetting post was resolved. I complied with her wishes. I don't know what else I can do.
wow....Alan Colmes going after Jackie Hatten...
So Colmes is siding against Jackie Hatten? Now why would he do that? Does that mean he is siding WITH HKS? Now THAT would not surprise me. The only 2 people I know who is defending HKS are liberal coworkers who hate President Bush. Why would there be such a connection? Do liberals just side against truth?

Is it supposed to show that she was drugged up at the time? Think maybe I heard something like that in passing earlier today...

I think the problem is liberals have lost their ability to reason. Facts mean nothing to them.
Now, again, I understand that what Jackie Hatten is saying is basically "hearsay" evidence of HKS' culpability in Daniel's death. However, we have seen many people agree with her "testimony" that Howard provided the drugs to Anna. Further, we have seen the evidence of Anna sounding "drunk" or "drugged up" with Howard being right there by her side when this happened.
At the VERY least, the fact is that HKS did not STOP Anna from being on drugs or drunk in very public situations. And, as many believe, it was much worse. He appears to have been a "pusher" of the drugs on ANS - even though she, as the "user", probably demanded them.
