I'm sorry the short off topic messages bother you and some others. But threads this long will go off topic every once an while for brief periods of time. That is just part of Free Republic and people trying to be social with others. Also this thread is in the Chat section of FR and it is no longer in the breaking news section of FR.

I am not going to get uptight if the thread goes off topic for brief periods of time especially when nothing new is really breaking hard about the case.

Look, we had a request earlier today for a topic not to be brought up, and it was, consistently. And there is a very valued member of this thread that I haven't seen since that happened.

There is no reason to talk about 24. There is a 24 thread.

If someone asked me not to discuss a topic which upset them, I wouldn't do it. Some on here have no respect.
