He'll need to take a bathroom break - we need a "washroom attendant" in the courthouse.

Oh hell - just take him out!

It's probably a good time to start a new thread in anticipation of tomorrow's events.

Just thinking about Daniel. I'm sure HE was insured also. Why aren't we hearing ANYTHING about insurance?? Something is very wrong.

Hell, Marilyn Monroe's "legs" were insured for $1,000,000 early in her career.

If you are wondering about life insurance - it would have been easy to buy a policy on Daniel. I'm not sure HKS & ANS would have bothered to keep paying the premiums. If there was insurance on Daniel, any good Ins. adjuster would wait for the results of the inquest before pay out.

On the matter of ANS - any private life insurance policy - depending on the type and amount - would have required at least a health statement and perhaps a physical examination.

She would not have gotten past a good underwriter.

If any insurance (miraculously) existed - no payout until the cause & manner of death are established.

Then there's DOUBLE INDEMNITY if the death(s) are accidental

Food for thought.

I'm just praying that Larry is the father. Is Larry a resident (citizen) of the Bahamas??

" "The tribe's police department was created in 1981 and officers must be certified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Although the department must adhere to the FDLE's policing guidelines, it answers to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Tribal Council."

The whole Seminole Nation angle to this proceeding is interesting.
Apparently, the Seminole Nation is the lead investigative unit.
A former detective was on FOX and gave some info about the Seminole Nation Police Dept.
They are not subject to FOIA, so they can chose not to release any information they have gathered.
Some detectives are worried that this police dept does not have enough experience investigating real crimes.
They make their own laws, which are subject to tribal council oversight and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
If it is determined that a crime has been committed-then the FBI comes in.
If it can be determined that HKS gave the drugs to ANS that caused her death-he can be charged with manslaughter.

I'm pretty sure Larry Birkhead is a US citizen and not a resident of the Bahamas.

Of course, G.Ben Thompson could give Larry the house and he could become a Bahamian, post haste.

"If it is determined that a crime has been committed-then the FBI comes in."

For starters 'illegal interstate transportation of controlled substances'

second - adminstration of controlled RX drugs without a medical license.

third -manslaughter at least.

For years on FR
when people have said "Anna"
everybody knew

they were speaking of

HKS left Horizons House with a garbage bag over his head, into a limo, according to Todd Connor. They say they have video of it.

His attorneys argued that he couldn't be away from the baby for the court appearance. He's leaving awfully early ........

I wish they would report on the baby.

"HKS left Horizons House with a garbage bag over his head"

How appropriate for a piece of garbage.

"I wish they would report on the baby."

"Entertainment Tonight" will show her crying uncontrollably
today and will attribute it to the fact that she misses her daddy.

I'm serious! Have you watched it lately? Saying that HKS is the only father she's ever known, and that when he returned from Florida she clung to him desperately. They showed videos.

The same POG who pushed ANS into the cameras - when she should have been in rehab.

Someone flip that bag - and put it in the nearest dumpster.

Hmmm... Is there a helicopter pad or spaceship pad on top of the court house?
