Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I think everyone else was just looking at the boobs. ;9)

The TrimSpa guys says in that clip "HKS told me that that they don't want to wait to have the funernal [for ANS] like they did with Daniel.
And he says that the event in which they will be picking the new spokesmodel for TrimSpa in the Bahamas will include a lot of the "contestants" that ANS had become close to.
The night that she died, along with a lot of other people, LKL had on TrimSpa's wife AND a TrimSpa contestant who was introduced as "Anna Nicole's friend". Here is part of the transcript.
"KING: Joining us now in Syracuse, New York is Penny Genovese. Anna was the maid of honor at her wedding.
In New York is John James, a close friend of Anna, co-produced her latest movie, visited her in the Bahamas several times.
Joanie Laurer is here with us in L.A. She's also known as "China." She starred with Anna Nicole in her last movie, "Illegal Aliens," which goes into release on DVD at the end of the month.
And in New York is Monique Goen, the close friend of Anna and wife of TrimSpa's CEO. Her husband has been on this program quite a few times.
Penny, how -- how did you learn of your friend's death?
PENNY GENOVESE, SMITH'S FRIEND: Well, my brother-in-law called me. At first I thought it was a joke -- not a very funny one. And I went right on the computer right away and that verified it.
KING: She was maid of honor at your wedding. How far does the -- how far back does the friendship go?
GENOVESE: Well, that was the first time I actually had met her. I was one of the finalists in a TrimSpa weight loss challenge and I had contacted somebody through TrimSpa to see if I could renew my vows, if they could set me up with somebody in Florida, where I was going to be going, and, you know, just like a priest or a minister or somebody.
And they ended up flying her in to stand in as my maid of honor.
KING: Wow!
GENOVESE: She took time out of her personal life to do that, which just goes to show what kind of a person she was.
KING: Did you become friendly with her after?
GENOVESE: Yes. I'm getting goose bumps just thinking about it. Yes. It was just -- I still can't -- I'm numb. I still can't believe it.

I just saw a clip of ANS saying that everybody in her life had to sign a confidentiality agreement, and that Larry Birkhead had signed 3. But I guess TrimSpa contestants don't have to sign them? Unless they say what they are told to say.

I can't even remember which show had the receipts for the plots, but they showed them in close-up, with HKS's signature - if I could recall, I might be able to figure out where that story is.
AFAIC, her mother going on TV and discussing Anna or her son is disgusting. Anna said herself that Virgie had not seen Daniel or Anna and knows nothing about them, and had no business discussing them.
And her mother going on TV AFTER her death and discussing her is atrocious.

I believe Dr. Michael Baden said that methadone is given in orange juice - liquid form.
It is possible that Daniel drank his mother's juice by mistake - probably prepared by HKS. That may have been the reason for ANS' shouting "This is all your fault" to HKS.
Then, ANS and HKS were both terrified of having to testify at Daniel's upcoming inquest - that may explain why the mortgage was not completed. It's always possible they never intended to stay in the Bahamas...a reason to buy a boat for mobility.

I'm starting to think about all those videos before and after Daniel died.
Did Howard take lots of videos of Anna AND put words in her mouth so they would be acceptable to a court??
I noticed in one that he kinda poked her and said to tell them she left a "message" for her mother. I'm sure Howard has that message.
Do we have ANY other videos in which Anna charged her mother with "meanness" or is this her first public display of this. She may be estranged from her mother now but damn it....Grandma took care of Daniel for Anna so it couldn't be all that bad.

Last night "Biography" did an hour long show on ANS's life, and one of J. Howard Marshall's nurses accused Anna of doing that to him, many years ago.

The lawyers are getting rich over this. So my question is this? Why isn't anyone in Washington pushing for law field to be socialized?? Sure we've got public defenders but that's equivalent to Medicaid in my opinion. So we should have socialized Law. Universal Law Care. Civil suits are just the same as selective surgery and the state should provide lawyers because it's our right and because we have to do it for the children.

Back to Anna. Did she and Howard EVER address the fact that Meth was in his system or that he was a user??
