Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Now that I look at the will...the only file date I see is 2/16/07. Was it really never filed??

Looks like the only file date is when they produced this document to the court today.
I don't believe that he has a duty to update her will. That's a crock. She doesn't even have to have a will for cripes sakes.
Only signatures are ANS and the witnesses...no court signatures.

I thought the Marshals offered her $81 and she turned it down on advice of lawyers. The guy who did a documentary on her was just on CTV and it was very interesting. I understand they are shopping it around right now.
Well, at least all these attorney's have three days to come up with some really good questions to put to Mr. Stern on Tuesday.

lol.....we just "did" a will for my mom last summer. We were told it doesn't have to be filed with the court until she dies. I hope we were told the truth! :-O

Ha...hubby just said that is true. Said it is probably better to file it if you know people are going to be contesting it..but not needed to be valid....dang.

She was a prime candidate for Post Partum Depression and allowing her to take drugs like Methadone is/was unconsionable.
