I see your point; when it comes to forming the trust, I doubt Howard Stern will be in charge. :-)
And considering all that has gone on, I'm expecting a court somewhere to ride roughshod all over Stern about what he is doing with the money just this very minute.

Your Honor, my dear departed lover, client never intentionally meant to exclude her new baby, the death of her son and all that was going on.....writing a new will was overlooked. Or some such crap.

I still don't think there is a trust from Marshall for Daniel.
I think that ANS and HKS may have talked about *this* trust and it got back to the other family members, who still believed both of them that the Marshall money "would be coming any day now" because of HKS's brilliant lawyering.
Napolitano is all over the map ... and arguing the wrong state.
Unless common sense prevails and he lets the other attorney take over. That is being thrown out to the media by Rale.
Actually, he's not the executor YET. He hasn't been appointed by a court.
And he has to be; I just went through all this; I wonder if he had her POA; because if he did, it died with her.
I'm not watching tv but I think he may be right. He controls the money...he doesn't have to have been married to her or even the father.
What does Florida law have to do with it? Is this random forum shopping for probate of a will?

What was/is Anna Nicoles financial status at the time of her death?
Will any of Mr. Marshall's money be declared hers.
What income was ANS receiving at the time of her death?
How far in debt was ANS?
But it's a conflict of interest to be her lawyer and her lover.
I thought I heard that, but that cannot be true; if there is a new proven father, they are going to be able to go to court and argue that Stern has fought them every step of the way and that they don't want to be under his thumb regarding that estate.
He will be removed.
I should have said I have some questions.
We all want answers to that.
My answers would be:
Broke.
Maybe.
Only $$$ from what she could sell and Trimspa.
