Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
That's why he's hanging on to that baby for dear life; he believes the baby is everything.
If he doesn't have access to "Anna" now -- even in death -- he's got nothing.
If there is not trust, as her only heir, his estate still gets it.
Somebody call Texas; they're involved now!
I think his estate will get any money due to him.
Yes, but remember they had that little residency issue. Was he waiting for that to clear up before he drafted a new will?

UNLESS, Daniel has children. Now wait for those claims to come to fruition. Of course, there is still the theory that Daniel is the father of Danielyn.
The may even be more plausible if ANS was molested as a child...
I don't discount that theory because everything is just so wacky. However, in my stereotypical mind....I see the kid has having some kind of visible deformity if that were really true.

CTV guy says Dannielynn could get the estate through California probate ... cannot exclude unborn, unnamed children.
