Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Oh, if Rale did it, then it's the 2001 one.
Humm,Wonder what it says.
The yakking chick on CTV just reminded me, he also appointed a Guardian ad Litem for Dannielynn.
Howlin he does not have citizen status in the Bahamas. - He on a 6 month visitor pass.
Who knows what it says; well, we will shortly.
But they sure wanted to keep it secret.
Oh cool! Where will he go next?
Or coming into some Broward harbor by boat?
Oh, yeah. FWIW LOL
Nope. Not one.
He lets her ramble on and on and then rules against her!!
He's not stupid.
It allegedly leaves *everything* to Daniel. I assume that means those taxes and other debts, too.
Next, we'll have to find out what becomes of anything Daniel actually owns, and if, at age 20, anything he had or did was legally binding.
Will they have to bankrupt the young man's estate to do what they want? Stay tuned.
In all your research have you found any specific problem that might allow an arrest or criminal complaint to be filed against HKS.
The illegal RX inquiry?
I want him put away - BAD!
I have an idea, but I won't say it. I'll wait and watch and then say "I told ya so" if it happens.
It is possible that they won't let him back in if he leaves. The heat is firing up in the Bahama's over this crap. Stern and Anna are turning into a big black eye for the Bahamian's.

Ingraham Says Gibson Created Mess
By Quincy Parker
Shane Gibson, Minister of Immigration, Labour and Training, is responsible for the "sleazy international publicity" brought down on The Bahamas because of the continuing controversy surrounding the late Anna Nicole Smith, according to FNM Leader Hubert Ingraham.
And its too late for resignations, he said, adding that resignations will not save the country.

That's encouraging.
I can't stand to watch it - I'm just reading FReeper's interpretations for updates.
sp
I am starting to like him.
Can't say that I have, but haven't dug that deep. So much of the stuff surrounding ANS is BS, so it's hard to tell.
He seemingly does all kinds of "conflict of interest" attorney things and hasn't been sanctioned - but, there really wasn't anyone watching out for ANS all this time, so who would have done it? No telling.
Sultan of Brunei?
Regarding a will. If there wasn't one, do you think that "friends" of HKS in the Bahamas could produce a fraudulant one?
Last night I saw a lawyer, from the Bahamas, say that he is the attorney for ANS. I didn't like him and do not trust him. I can't remember what he said exactly, but he made it seem that Larry Birkhead has no case for the child.
Now if it's true that she leaves every thing to Daniel in the will, how likely is it that one was drawn in the short window of time that she moved to the Bahamas and Daniel died?
I just saw a brief clip on our local news and noted that they weren't in chambers today, they were in an actual courtroom. Was Milstein there?
