Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I hope you are right, Howlin. I am still skeptical.
It will either be HKS's affidavit "of ANS's wishes according to HKS" or the alleged 2001 will that left everything to Daniel, who is now deceased.
It's now not legal to take the baby from the Bahamas, so Howard will have to fly without her.
He certainly hasn't made many rulings in her favor. None that I can think of.
both Stern and Virgie have injunctions that the baby cannot leave the island. I think Stern's allowed him to be the only one that could remove the baby from the island and Virgie had one slapped on that no one could remove the baby from island including Stern.
How could this affect Howard's citizen status in the Bahamas?
Aren't they suppose to go to court in the Bahamas sometime next week about that house?
On a *bright* note, maybe the Bahamian CPS made their visit today, or will make it, instead of being no-shows as they were yesterday.
Do you know which attorney the Judge was addressing when he said they were shooting from the hip, or something like that? Barth?
Did he also mention he sympathized with them? It was at the end of the hearing.
I can't believe they CALLED him and told him they were coming!
Because he has to stay there so many days to qualify.
The 27th, I think - unless I'm confusing it with the March 27th Daniel inquest.
It's the 20something of Feb.
Besides embalming, which all parties agreed on ... I think ... what other rulings has the Judge made besides HKS presence in court requirement?
Since the house isn't really his or hers, I think they can rule he isn't a resident of the Bahamas -- they just might not let him back in.
He ordered them to produce the will.
So he could have the ET film crew waiting, with their night vision cameras, because if it's dark, there's no electricity - Thompson turned it off, lol.
Thanks, I missed that; that being exhibit A.
He forced Rales to put the will into evidence and ruled it couldn't be kept sealed.
We should hear what is in it in about an hour..........LOL.
I wonder if he'll be flying on ET's plane this time..........LOL.
HA! Keep your eyes on TMZ. LOL
