Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The guy from TMZ (Harvey Levin) was just asked by Greta if Anna still owns a home in California - He said yes, it is in Studio City.

But he shocked many television viewers who watched as the robed Seidlin, leaning back in his chair in chambers, pronounced that Anna Nicole Smith's "body belongs to me now" and "that baby is in a cold, cold storage room."
Ashley Banfield said on tv last night that these types of hearings are often quite informal, and it seemed that she didn't see anything too unusual about everyone's behavior. It surprised me though.
Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Anna's drug doctor.

"'Innocent' Anna Nicole Smith in Documentary"
Reuters...2/16/07
"Documentary producer Ashley Wells Lewis has culled three hours of unseen footage of Smith, who died last week, into an 80-minute documentary that's being offered to broadcast and cable networks. The footage was shot in Lewis' Malibu home in May 1993 after the producer befriended Smith, who stayed at her guest house several times."

I got the impressions from one of the Bahamian lawyers that Howard will not be required to take a paternity test there. I'm not sure how that will affect this case. Anyone?
So now you like to take what I said out of context.
So her death is more important tham illegal immigration?
Is her death more important than the war in Iraq?
Is her death more important than keeping away terrorists?
I did not think so.
IMHO, this case has been drug out for so long. The media is milking the crap out of this story. I do not think that Stern is the father either. But how is him not being the father going to change the way of life here for us?
As this site being conservative to the core, I would figure there are more important things to talk about like immigration, the war, the borders, stopping the Rino's and liberals from destroying this country, etc.
That is my bone. I know a lot of people don't like my bone and some of them just brush me off. We need to be focused on who the next POTUS will be, and figure out how we will keep this country safe. ANS will not help us with that. HKS will not help us with that. Her fortune is not going to help us with that.
While thousands of FReepers are scouring this case with a fine tooth comb, what is happening beneath our noses that threatens our way of life?
While a lot of people are stuck with their noses up this case that does not effect them, we are not focused on the real issues that plague us right now.
IMHO, we need to be focusing on safety and security, rather than focusing on ANS, HKS, the child, and their money.
Sorry if you do not feel that way. I do not mean to disturb anyone. But my point has been clearly stated above.
"Howard will not be required to take a paternity test"
Send him to Durham, North Carolina - the DA can handle that little legal technicality!
have you decided now to threaten me?
>>>Problem - apparently he did not keep current with the science of DNA. >>>
No, he was hoping that DNA wouldn't be an issue which is why he keeps harping on all this "I'm the "LEGAL" father' crap.
wow you are well informed on this story...kudos to you....thanks for this threas

Someone, somewhere has HKS' DNA - from all his begging letters, on the drug containers, other stuff taken from the Bahama house. He must have had a toothbrush or hairbrush....and snakes shed skin.
I can NOT imagine any loving parent selling any of the deceased ones effects for any amount of money. We still have our son's blood filled boots in the closet. I am speechless.
>>>There is a video of her four months pregnant and also a video of her c-section. Kind of hard to fake that."
And they are....where? Or is there just a market that is currently trying to drive the price up?>>>
They are here http://www.youtube.com/verify_age?next_url=/watch%3Fv%3DRqi30-MHgkk but you must be 18 to view, which means getting a youtube account. Not for the faint of heart. It's her c-section video.
