Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

ANS' mother has been reported as saying she wants Dannielyn's natural father to raise the child. She just doesn't want HKS to be able to abduct the infant - so she has requested the baby stay in the Bahamas until paternity and custody can be established.

I think I am correct - but there are more knowlegable FReepers on the thread who will make adjustments as needed.

Oh he sure did.... I wrote about it at the time on the Katrina thread and someone Freeped me later to say he even mentioned it on the air. I was so incensed at the things he was blaming on the President and wrote and told him he was being very unfair. I received the nastiest email back from him you can imagine, telling me that here in Arizona I had no clue about the Gulf Coast and to butt out (those were the kind words in the email).
