Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Gina said that no matter where ANS was buried, she needed to be buried with Daniel, and that the issue of Dannielynn's father needed to be settled.
I think the items taken from the house are with some sheriff here in the states....
lol....ANS was made a permanent resident BEFORE the house deal. Illegal.
BUT THAT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CRIME THAT HAS BEEN COMMITTED - against Daniel and against Anna Nicole.
Suzie one note - I want the police to be vigorously investigating her death as a crime - AS they are investigating Daniel's death as a possible crime. (I know - one in the Bahamas and one in Seminole county..... but both are police agencies and should be proceeding with usual police S.O.P.s unless again we have two Aruba situations going on. If so, grrrrrrr.
I agree and that why Birkhead and his lawyers have not requested the DNA to be done there in the Bahama's as of yet. Birkhead is most likely a witness for the Thompsons on the house and Birkhead was banking that Anna would be thrown out of the Bahama's along with her baby and Stern. She most likely would have returned to the USA where Birkhead would have had more rights to the baby.

And, yes, they have said over and over that Larry B was the father of the child.
Has anybody heard any of the talk show hosts ask Trimspa guy or the other Stern Attorney what does HKS say to all the people - friends of Anna's who knew her well - who say Howard is NOT the father and Larry Birkhead IS the father - by what Anna told them. I know this, legally, is "hearsay" - but I just want to know in a noncourt confrontation if Howie's buddies have been asked about this.
I'm not an attorney, but I'd wager money that we will never see an answer to that on TV.

Personally things are going to change because the truth is coming out now about Anna & Sterns crooked little scheme. (Stern: Anna, If you die I will go to jail once she came to after tossing herself into that Bahamian pool!). The Bahamian government was being taken for a ride, they know it now and the whole world also knows it now. They are not going to come out looking like those Aruba fools. (remember there's a big moral difference in the UK and the Netherlands).
Of course this is just my opinion and what I am praying for.

Children's services were supposed to visit Howard and check on the baby today, but were no-shows.
