Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

No I have seen and read the laws it is very clear - there is no automatic citizenship for a baby's born there. It is not like in this country where a child born here is automatically a citizen even if the mother is a illegal.

Not so fast! More than once, an open casket has been mentioned during the hearings. And today, we found out from one of Howies attys. that a special dress is being made for Anna and Howie has the casket picked out. No doubt in my mind that HKS will get pics if he's allowed to have her body.

Greta going to have Anna Nicole's friend on who says she knows where Anna Nicole wanted to be buried. She told this friend right after Daniel died.

Is this Judge going to have any of these "witnesses" testify about where Anna Nicole wanted to be buried?

Gina - friend from MB - says Anna had moved to the Bahamas to make it her permanent residence. She wanted to be buried near Marilyn Monroe. She wanted to be with DAniel because Bahamas was where she was making her home.....

Anna told friend she wanted to call her mother after Daniel died. HKS told her she did not need to call her mother then. Friend told her she should call her mother then.

Anna did call her mother. She told friend her mother did not respond to the call very well and she (Anna Nicole) hung up.

well, Barf says she has a boatload of witnesses that will talk about how much Anna hated Virgie.....all heresay, of course. This gal says before Daniel died, Anna wanted to be buried near Marilyn Monroe and may have purchased plots there. But, after Daniel died, she thinks Anna wants to be with Daniel.

See Stern is banking on that the Bahama government will keep Anna a citizen of the Bahama's even after her little lie come out in court over the house. This means the baby will stay a Bahama citizen and Stern is the presumed father under Bahama law. He will stay the presumed father until Mr. Positive DNA shows up in the Bahama's with his DNA to test along side of the baby's and only if Mr. Positive DNA convinces the Bahama courts to order the baby be DNA swabbed. As you have noticed all these Paternity filings in the USA mean nothing because he plans to keep the baby in the Bahama's. Stern even had a injunction made in the Bahama's that no one (except him)could take the baby off the island - this was to protect his interests. Then Virgie came along and also got a injunction that says no ONE (including Stern) can take the baby off the island. She did that because she thought Stern would make a run for it with the baby in tow.

Basically everything about the baby is in the hands of the Bahama courts - are they going to protect Stern or will they uphold their laws and wipe their hands clean of the Anna Nicole mess?. My opinion is they will wipe their hands clean of the whole damn mess and the balls are already rolling to get this done legally after an investigation is done.

Yes, it would be good to find that out. Nobody has hinted that happened, have they? Just that "items" were taken....and then, I believe, these items were turned over to the Bahamian police.....by Ford.

It is maddening that so far: No DNA from HKS and No DNS from the baby. So NO progress on paternity determination. GRRRR.

HKS stonewalling - saying the body argument is most critical to get settled....and then - tonight - his Trimspa friend clearly did NOT say HKS would then give a DNA sample.

Greta said to him - "This is pretty black and white. Get the DNA and it will determine if HKS if father."

Obviously Stern will fight this tooth and nail with every legal trick he can muster - because he KNOWS his jig is up when it is shown he is not the father. At the least, HKS is a bold faced LIAR.

FRIEND: THE FATHER OF DANNIELYNN IS LARRY BIRKHEAD! She said the day Anna died, she loved Larry. She received gifts from him shortly before she died.

Friend says if Larry had gone to the Bahamas and Anna had seen Larry with that baby for one second, that they would have been back together!!!

No wonder HOWIE was pushing so hard to "marry" Anna! And keeping her so drugged up. HE KNEW SHE DID NOT LOVE HIM! More motive.
