See Stern is banking on that the Bahama government will keep Anna a citizen of the Bahama's even after her little lie come out in court over the house. This means the baby will stay a Bahama citizen and Stern is the presumed father under Bahama law. He will stay the presumed father until Mr. Positive DNA shows up in the Bahama's with his DNA to test along side of the baby's and only if Mr. Positive DNA convinces the Bahama courts to order the baby be DNA swabbed. As you have noticed all these Paternity filings in the USA mean nothing because he plans to keep the baby in the Bahama's. Stern even had a injunction made in the Bahama's that no one (except him)could take the baby off the island - this was to protect his interests. Then Virgie came along and also got a injunction that says no ONE (including Stern) can take the baby off the island. She did that because she thought Stern would make a run for it with the baby in tow.

Basically everything about the baby is in the hands of the Bahama courts - are they going to protect Stern or will they uphold their laws and wipe their hands clean of the Anna Nicole mess?. My opinion is they will wipe their hands clean of the whole damn mess and the balls are already rolling to get this done legally after an investigation is done.
