Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
(He's the stalker, right - and didn't I hear he is claiming possible paternity????)
Anyway - friend was saying Howard K Stern could be desperate - and desperate people when they are "going down" - do bad things....she is terrified for the safety of the baby - her Godchild.

I also saw something funny from I think Jeff Gordon. He was being interviewed and he said he was waiting to hear about the situation at Nascar (big scandal) and what happened to Anna Nicole Smith. It seems ANS the talk of the town every where you go...LOLOL

There is no automatic citizenship of the baby unless they decide to keep Anna's citizenship. If they revoke Anna's they then revoke the baby's also. (yet another nightmare)
Personally I think that the Bahama's will wipe theirselves clean of all this. They will revoke Anna's citizenship and the baby's also - erase it off the books. The baby cannot be a citizen unless her mother stays a citizen even in death and as you know Anna lied to get her citizenship.
The way things are going, I expect that to be on Pay For View.

but he never said that HKS would give DNA for paternity to be determined did he? Sometimes reading and typing interfere with listening.....

Stern has always said he will submit the baby for DNA but he will not submit his own. So if Birkhead comes up negative, Stern still stays the father until Mr. Positive Match shows up and if he shows up.

It looks like there won't be any Marilyn Monroe look a like photos in a casket. I think she will have to have a closed casket.
