Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'm sorry and I know this will piss some people off. But I truly believe Anna Nicole was bedding down with any man she thought it would get her somewhere or something.
Her and Stern were 2 peas in a pod.
Daniel deserved better and this baby deserves better.
I have no idea if Birkhead will provide a healthy life for the baby but if Birkhead is the baby's father he deserves the chance to raise his daughter.
In keeping with your speculation - What if ANS did not conceive naturally? Based on the circus that was her life - perhaps the infant being shuttled around is a substitute/surrogate baby - another woman's egg & donated sperm.
DNA from ANS compared to Dannielyn will either prove or disprove the possibility.
DNA tests should be done on that child IMMEDIATELY!
But at this point, frankly, I would put nothing past the realm of possibility.
It was pointed out earlier this week, that there are NO pictures of a pregnant ANS. What if........

I agree!! Those two were nothing but grifters. I saw an interview with some big wig Peter Nygurd and he used to "date" Anna. He said he could see her expecting that house to be a gift. He said there was something about her that made men go crazy. (I'm paraphrasing). She did have charm. I remember watching on E! about the trial with Pierce. They were talking to some of the jurors and even though they ruled against her you could tell they really liked her. They called her Vicki and said she seemed really nce.
Well remember Stern has the pics that he's trying to sell before she gave birth and also someone bought the footage of the C-Section but I'm not sure how graphic it was.
And, yes, her son Daniel deserved better and that little baby deserves better.
But that does not mean I am glad ANS is gone. I'm not. I always pull for the underdog and I think she was being pushed into the ground by Howard K Stern. I think she was an addict and as has been explained here acted out her anger whenever confronted about her addictions....as most addicts do.
I just wonder how her life would have differed over these past 10 years had it not been for this creep Stern. She claimed nobody cared about her. But it was obvious Larry Birkhead - and her mother - cared enough about her to confront her about her addictions and to warn her about what they were doing to her...and maybe to the baby in her womb.
Obviously HKS NEVER DID SUCH TOUGH LOVE - instead he ENABLED her addictions.....and, IMHO, used them to get rid of her son and of her.

Let's review. This was a very promiscuous woman - what is surprising is that for 20 years she carried no other pregnancy to term and was married only twice.
Since her life was an open book - seems to me the matter of abortions and miscarriages would have been discussed somewhere during the past 6 months. vis-a-vis how much she wanted or did not want another child.

Yes, true. According to LB - there was an earlier miscarriage - don't know when but would have to be after 2004 Kentucky Derby if true. As far as why didn't she get pregnant during all her other years of promiscuity - exactly - we don't know those answers.
I wonder why I've seen everything else, but I haven't seen that. I've heard it talked about, but I haven't seen it.

However, I also do not like a potential murderer to get away scott free with his crime. If he is not responsible for her death - fine! The evidence will show that. But, my point is, the assumption should be from the beginning that a CRIME may have occurred. Therefore it should be treated as a POTENTIAL CRIME - at the least manslaughter or 2nd degree murder. Go at it from that perspective. Treat it like a potential crime. Do NOT go on national TV the day it happens and say there is no evidence of a crime here!!!!
We've been told this police chief is top notch and tenacious. My point is - so far - I have heard NOTHING to convince me that anyone in an official capacity is treating Anna Nicole's death as a possible crime. That, to me, is totally against normal police procedure - for any investigation that is an honest, truthseeking one.
This needs to be put through the Bill Clinton text analysis program:
"took": Anna Nicole would not have "taken" the medicine, i.e., she did not steal it, she was "given" it.
"dangerous prescription drugs": There are no "dangerous" prescription drugs, because all prescription drugs have had to have had clinical trials, ADA approval.
"during her pregnancy": means every single day of her pregnancy. He would not be "lying" by that statement if she spent even one sober day while pregnant.
