Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The gal on CTV just said that one of the atty's said that Anna did not specify how and where she wanted to be buried in the Will.
The Will will be filed by Anna's atty's after they have received a death certificate.
(none of Anna's atty's in this meeting today had Anna's Will with them or they are refusing to produce it until they get a death certificate on Anna.)

The judge appointed a guardian this morning. It's upthread and he sounds like the real deal.The baby's got a guardian ad litem? In FL and/or the Bahamas? Anyone know who it is?

He didn't appoint a guardian as in "custody" of the child, he appointed a guardian ad litem, which is an attorney to stand in an represent the child's interest in these court proceedings in FL.Thanks!

I've seen the hole in the ground, already dug and covered with sheets of plywood, next to Daniel's grave - but it *was* on ET or Inside something, so it could be in New York, for all we know!

Nassau - Anna Nicole Smith's mother wants to be named guardian of the former Playboy model's 5-month-old daughterOkay, I love you all, and know I'm gonna get flamed/roasted/toasted/broiled and or poached, but Anna Nicole HATED that woman. It is not normal to hate your mother that way.
Her mother did something horribly wrong to Anna for her to hate her like that, and I don't think the hatred was drug induced. I hope her mother never gets her hands on the baby.

He's like her "business manager" and friend at court whenever she would be affected by whatever is being litigated - presumably in FL, but perhaps "anywhere" since the "traveling" comment.
His firm has an office in L.A.

The choices really are the lesser of all the evils. Virgie is pretty much the lesser of the evils, when it comes to looking out for Dannielynn's best interests.
Virgie does *not* want to raise the baby - she simply wants the baby out of the environment that killed her daughter and grandson.
