Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Supposedly, Anna and Larry had an arguement over sunglasses. She was having her hair done and sent Larry out to get a pair of sunglasses. He didn't return promptly, so Anna got angry and called Gina(?) and said she had to get away and wanted to come to MB. If this is true, was Anna already pregnant at that time?

Oh, ok. Note: TMZ reporting that Vergie has filed with a Bahamian court to get custody of the baby. (Maybe this is old news.)

Stern's private cell phone.....I always keep my cell phone in the closet, too. Bet this is an old one. Why keep it?? Maybe the photos....I think that's where the photos of the black dude came from. (And Stern had the picures in an album) Stern took the picture.

It was a combo of Scott Peterson's calls, his DOCUMENTED fishing trip that caught Peterson. Had the body surfaced and he DIDN'T have that documentation, he might have gotten off. He placed himself at the scene of the body thinking that it would never surface.

I think this follows pretty close to the Anna scenario. He's documented as NOT being there....but only by words. She could have been dead for an hour when 9-11 was called. And there's already a discrepancy as to when she was given the COLD bath. I'm guessing poison....that perhaps is undetectable. A chemist friend of mine said that there is at least one that exists and can't be detected.

A gift?? If it's a gift, there is no mortgage attached to it with rights of reversion. A private mortgage usually means missing only ONE payment. Since it reverted to him, he must have been holding the mortgage. Anna seemed surprised by the whole thing. Best guess, Stern spoon fed her a pile of crap. If he had gotten the property, it would simply become a liability to him. YA GOTTA PAY FOR IT!!

The hands over his face didn't bother her as much as some of his other body language. OR asked about it and she said something about it, but basically it's not as duplicitous as most of the other things he did in the video. BTW she testifies in courts on body language and it's accepted.

Ah ha. yesterday we were commenting on how Marilyn was believed to die -- it has long been belived the lethal drug was administered by her house keeper by enema or supository. I opined with nothing in her stomach did she receive the drug by suppository... if this is true (Star) it's a real possibility.

BTW, I saw part of the interview last night on Rita Cosby with a woman and man who accompanied them to Florida --a friend of her's with a dutch name and a Bahamian male... they were not the nurse and bodyguard and she seemed very reluctant to actually reveal what she knew.

She is the one who actually noticed something was wrong with Anna and told the nurse and among other things the nurse held a mirror to her mouth to see if she was breathing...

Said she was still warm, but no pulse, her mouth was hanging down and she said when she tried to push it closed it flopped back open, which is what allerted her that something was wrong to tell the nurse. All, in all, it was pretty bizarre interview. Rita is only one step down from ET.
