Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

What a baseless conclusion. Based on what I have read, her mother had very little influence on her from the age of 17. Virgie Hogan has probably lived through a personal hell watching her daughter self-destruct.

If HKS is the source of the medications (the heavy ones) for people who are "sick" - he could certainly be the facilitator for all 3 deaths. But how can this every be proven? Only Anna knew his participation and she is gone. So he will get off scott free....IMHO. I just don't see anybody with the legal power to challenge him. And, obviously, the Bahamian officials are in his pocket. Sick.

Unless you're Rush Limbaugh, US Customs in FL, do not thoroughly check private planes, and I don't know if they arrived in private or a commercial plane.
Futhermore, prescription drugs are permitted and we have been told that the drugs were in the name of HKS.

I think that the money should be put in a trust fund for the baby that can't be touched until she is 21, then see who wants to adopt her.

Subhuman is a description that I would consider accurate. There are not too many decent, upstanding people that surrounded this tragic woman. They were all misfits, and she seemed like the biggest misfit of all. I hope that Guy out in California is the Father and raises her right. He could not do any worse than the Grandmother. Sometimes it is not the Parent's fault if their child turns out wacky, in this case It appears that it was.
Wouldn't customs raise an eyebrow about that many prescription drugs for a short stay?
I have been a passenger is several private planes over the years and I cannot recall being searched. Not even when we were flown into and out of Mexico.
So you do have to be a Rush Limbaugh-type to get nailed.
