Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I think we should look father into the Bahama laws. It is possible that Anna only held a annual resident permit (to get that you have to be approved to buy a home there - did Anna only buy her way into a quick annual resident permit) - Also American children born in the Bahamas do not automatically get citizenship if the parents are considered an annual resident. The child can apply for citizenship after they turn 18 years of age (the parents cannot do it for the child). Some people in the Bahamas have lived there for over 20 years and have owned property on the island just as long could not get citizenship until after the 20 years they were there.

BTW did you all hear the bombshell on John Gibson's show today, Bobby was on and said Howard was on the scene when old man Marshall suddenly got sick and died... he is of the opinion HKS could be respobsible for three deaths.
Also, HKS's sister has an attorney from California accompanying her to the Bahamas, but when he was interviewed it really sounded like he is not a fan of HKS.

And unless he gets kicked out of the bahamas due to all this Shane Gibson hooha, he'll ride out his 'fatherhood' in the Bahamas. Unfortunately, he can't come to claim the inheritance without proving he is the father. I just hope if he did harm ANS or Daniel, that he doesn't get away with it.
ANS's were blue? I'd swear they looked brown in the pics I saw.

Lots of black mascara and eyeliner and false eyelashes, but hers were blue.

I've heard that before, but didn't believe it. How could that be? Stern wasn't around until the inheritance stuff happened. Do you mean the younger Marshall son? The one who died from a 'sudden infection'?

TMZ has learned Bahamian authorities met with Howard K. Stern on Monday morning. Police sources say two subjects are on the table -- Stern's allegation of a break-in at the house in which he's staying, and the investigation into Daniel Smith's death.
Stern alleged that the owner of the house -- G. Ben Thompson -- broke into the premises and changed the locks after Anna Nicole died. We're told Thompson's position is that it's his home and Stern has no right to be there. Police wanted to speak with Stern about the allegation.
But law enforcement sources also tell TMZ that the cops want to reinterview Stern about the death of Anna Nicole's son last September. This comes after TMZ obtained a photo of Anna Nicole's refrigerator -- which held a large container of methadone.
Daniel died after ingesting methadone and several other drugs. We've learned at least one witness will testify at the coroner's inquest into Daniel's death that Stern supplied Daniel with methadone and then flushed the remaining stash down a toilet after Daniel died.

BTW, a man was on BOR earlier and said Bahamas is one of the "silk routes" of drug trafficing from South America and Europe and very liberal on the matter, also has the most secret banking laws next to Switzerland.
Good for Trump, now for someone to help Virgie get a good attorney to go after that creep. Seems the only person who couldn't see this guy was no good was ANS.

Howard K. Stern is an American citizen. Certainly there will be an inquest in Florida on ANS's death & he will be ordered to testify. What kind of extradition treaty do we have with the Bahamas? How was he allowed to leave the USA while the autopsy was incomplete?
I think HKS and that psychiatrist should be arrested by US authorities for suspicion of drug trafficking.
Dannie Smith was also a US citizen. Has he been buried? Where? Who has jurisdiction when the inquest on Daniel is complete and his death is determined to be the result of a homicide?
Actually, there was some jealosy issues, ANS heard Daniel tell Virgie he loved her and ANS got all upset because she thought he might love Virgie more than ANS... that was on John Gibson's show today, too.
Geraldo on Saturday -- Daniel's Godmother who was on the show saying how dispicable HKS is.
I have a theory how we can get Dannielynn's paternity established -- the 9th Circus in California is going to have to know who the parent really is before she is heard as heir to the lawsuit ANS has pending...
Baby was born there, so is a citizen. Hasn't been registered with the American Embassy there, yet, so technically isn't an American Citizen, yet.
