Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Stern sat down with "Entertainment Tonight" for an exclusive interview just days after her death. The inside scoop is that Stern was paid a bundle for the interview, which will air during the all-important sweeps period. The sit-down has created enormous bitterness among some people in Anna Nicole's inner circle."

I'm still curious as to why NO ONE called a doctor with her high fever?? Her attending Private Nurse is nothing but a Nanny for a big girl. (Remember, Daniel had a fever when he visited his mother in the hospital. I remember her saying that he was "hot" and IIRC his face was reddened by it.
Well....seems Anna and her lapdog claim the house was given to them as a gift. A million dollar gift. Anna and the owner had been "intimate" and this was payment. Which makes Anna a high priced hooker. Was Stern her pimp among other things?
Owner is claiming he allowed Anna and her baby and whomever to move into the house in exchange for rent/mortgage payment. Which he claims was never paid. In the meantime, IIRC, Anna filed a claim that she bought the house which allowed her to apply for residency. Stern the snake has greased some official palms, IMO.
Entertainment Tonight has had exclusives for weeks if not months, interviewing both Anna and Stern right after Daniel's death and this will no doubt continue until there's a gag order of some kind. Even then the interviews will probably take place and aired when the gag order is lifted. Just speculating.

This may be a stupid question, but didn't she win her Supreme Court case against the Marshall family? Where is that money? Was it being held up for some reason? I don't understand all this non-payments and frenzy to sell photos of her c section, Daniel,s death story and what not? What is the deal?
I do! What medication is in those vials? And is Methadone normally sold in those big bottles?
It's all here in the thread but bottom line is that the case has not been settled yet and no money has changed hands. I'm signing off for today. See you all tomorrow.
He said that he believes that ANS was brainwashed and controlled by HK$. He also said that ANS and her mother spoke on the telephone after the death of Danny and her mother was given a phone number to call her. HK$ had the phone number changed, so that she couldn't keep up contact.
That case is still in litigation, it's been kicked back from the Supreme Court to the 9th circus in CA.

Also said he thought the mother had good intentions on wanting to see the grand daughter. I have heard her say that she wants the rightful father to raise the child, but she does not believe it is HKS's baby.
Are Prescriptions required for drugs in the Bahamas? AND if scripts are required for only "controlled substances" do they hold Dr's accountable for over prescribing?

What she won at the SC was something to do with if her claims could be heard in Federal court. A Texas jury ruled agaist her. So, she went to Calif., declared bankruptcy and somehow got awarded 400 something million. That was reduced to 80 million. I'm hopeless on understanding the legal stuff. All I really know, is a jury in Texas denied her claims.
I did hear that Marshall had set up a trust fund for Daniel. Don't know if that's true and if so, where the money is.
