Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
BOBBY TRENDY ALERT
HANNITY AND COLMES
LOL
I'm waiting until The Soup is one.. That is the only time I watch those reality shows...
Donald Sutherland, Leonard Nimoy and Jeff Goldblum are in this version of Invasion of the BodySnatchers.
Says it all, doesn't it? :)
Definitely a day late and dollar short. You don't go to NOLA when the news is in Florida. No wonder CNN's ratings are almost as low as psm's
I love that moive. I haven't seen the orginal version though.
Thank you!!!
Don't get me wrong. This is a sad situation but I swear it's like a freakshow!! John Mark Karr is quite fitting for this thread.
A friend of ANS bought the house and she was to pay him back for it after she moved in... instead she moved in and never paid him... he signed eviction order... she stayed..... he must be trying to change locks to take back the house.
yes
When I was over in Denmark, one of the greatest things I thought about the local TV stations there was NO COMMERCIALS during shows, only after the show would they show about 2 minutes of commercials, so the programs over there started at odd times. Every Sunday evening '24' was on, and it was pretty cool to watch like The David Letterman Show in Denmark (again no commercials), but of course it was on at 4:30 in the afternoon. Of course the local TV stations were run mostly by the Danish government, and the Danish government forbid commercials during TV programs, yet by the same token, they weren't as restrictive to over-the-air broadcasts of major motion pictures which were unedited and uncensored, even during the primetime hours.
Good grief! What channel is that on? I'm going to go to What not to Wear after Greta.
This one - Trading Spouses - is so unreal! The producers deliverately set the situation up so that the 2 families that have the spouse traded are just diametrically opposite of each other. The one before this one had a very southern woman going into the home of an African American guy who was so racist against whites and lived his life totally involved in redressing the unfairness of life as a black man - totally viewing all whites as racist oppressors - it was just unreal. The white woman in that situation - though very country - came across as the "sane" person.....and the reacist black guy came across as just plain mean. And he was.
This week both members of the lesbian couple are clearly the most caring "normal" people compared to the hetero woman who is just about as hateful as people come....
As far as I know maggief. I posted somewhere back in the thread that someone had heard a baby crying at one of the Gibson's residence earlier today.
watchin the media go nutz is FUNNY.....lol
Now what really ticks me off, Larry King showed an old interview with her talking about becoming addicted to Alcohol and Prescription drugs in the past... Why in the he!! would HKS, if he cared about her, allow her anywhere near either? Once and addict, always and addict, and of course her son would be prone to the same thing and so will Dannielynn be prone, it's genetic.
It's on Fox - the local Fox affiliate.
I don't think it's really genetic, maybe it is, I dunno. Daniel probably did drugs because he thought since his ANS did drugs, it was perfectly "normal".
Said ANS was notorious for not paying her debts.. which explains the guy that owns the house in Nasseu wanting to get it back because she wasn't paying.
Perhaps she was getting a lot of things on the come.... in otherwords: when I get my 400 million dollars I'll pay you.
Attorney told Larry King HKS's mother and sister are there taking care of baby, he is in Florida. No one is at the house, though, since the real owner tried to change the locks tonight and the local cops made them change the locks back.

Anna Nicole's lawyer quits
12nd October 2006. 16:30
Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer in the Bahamas has quit.
Michael R. Scott, an attorney at Callenders and Co. in Nassau, was representing the Playboy Playmate following the sudden death of her son, Daniel, on September 10.
Scott said: "We have terminated representation of Anna Nicole Smith because of differences that have arisen in relation to strategy and matters arising out of the death of Daniel Smith."
Anna Nicole hired Scott after her 20-year-old son passed away in her hospital room, three days after she gave birth to her baby daughter Dannie Lynn on September 7.
A private pathologist - hired by the Smith family - has said that Daniel died as a result of cardiac dysrhythmia, caused by a lethal cocktail of drugs.
Despite these findings, police in the Bahamas are planning to launch their own official investigation into the death.
Meanwhile, Anna Nicole's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, has claimed he is the father of Dannie Lynn.
He told US talk show Larry King: "She is the one thing that is really keeping her going. And through it all, even with all the pain, Anna Nicole has been a great mom."
Stern and Anna Nicole declared their love for one another with a private commitment ceremony onboard a catamaran off Nassau in the Bahamas, but there was no official marriage certificate.
