Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

the lawyer told Rita that is a real slippery slope legally to be attorney AND have everything, including the baby, signed over to him. Especially since ANS apparently had very few lucid moments and Stern appears to have been present at both her death and her son's. IMO he probably provided the drugs as well.

Wasn't it the 9th Circuit that ruled against her bandruptcy case in California, where they awarded her 400 million from the Texas case and caused the whole issue to go to the SCOTUS where they kicked back the 9th Circus???

ok. I looked at all the pictures from the commitment ceremony and I still don't think she looked chunky. I guess chunky is in the eye of the beholder! ;)

I am wondering how many of you actually watched The Anna Nicole Show?
The reason why I am asking is because Anna was bossy and acted like a spoiled brat on the show. Howard was like her servant, but he did handle her legal affairs but she surely ran the show when he was around. I am not trying to stick up for HKS (not at all) but this is not a case of HKS running Anna's life. She had faith HKS when it came to legal matters but their personal relationship was as if he was her love sick puppy and she stepped all over him when that side of him came out.
