Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Moe went but I've read in numerous places that Howie did not. She was not pronounced dead until arriving at the hospital and Howie didn't get official confirmation until he showed up. Rumour has it that after she left in the ambulance Howie was putting on a nice display of weeping and gnashing of the teeth. Even though at this point she had not been declared dead.

Talk about grave-stomping. TMZ has learned that the cemetery where Anna Nicole Smith was laid to rest a week ago, has been so overrun by gawking tourists that the grounds' caretakers have had to hire security guards and restrict access, allowing only locals.
A source in the Bahamas tells TMZ that last weekend, just days after the burial, hordes of curious tourists -- many fresh off the cruise ships that dock in Nassau -- descended upon Lakeview Cemetery by the busload, where Anna Nicole was buried next to her son Daniel.
The situation has gotten so bad, sources say, that relatives of those buried near Anna Nicole's plot have complained loudly and bitterly that they haven't been able to mourn their loved ones in peace because of tourist and media infestation, which has prompted Lakeview to hire two private security guards.
Even before Anna Nicole's final resting place was determined by a Florida court, local taxicab companies were licking their collective lips in anticipation of the tourist interest in Lakeview. But now, the cemetery has disallowed any taxicabs from entering its gates. Says our source, "Anyone going to that cemetery isn't arriving in a cab."
Perhaps the paramedics wouldn't allow him to go along in the ambulance if he was as distraught as they said? I also thought he arrived either at the same time or just after the first paramedics. There were too many others in the room (police, etc) for Howard to have gotten rid of any drugs, IMO.
That's true and apparently just based on info a few posts up, the video tapes may show something that the police went to Moe about.....why HKS stayed behind, what was he doing and what did they see on the tape? A lot of their timeline aka stories don't match up.
He is a very controlling individual and for him not to go in the ambulance to the hospital with her tells me he had a darn good reason to stay behind.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm trying to catch up too. :)
It makes sense if they were checking in to see if she was dead enough yet to make resuscitation impossible. They couldn't let her get too cold without someone smelling a rat?
All of which makes me more and more curious what all the hotel videos showed.
When I wrote you the second time, I had not yet come to your post where you said my point was correct, and that we had been talking about different things. When I did come to it and read it, I had already written to another post of yours, and could not call it back. If you like, I can ask the moderator to delete the second post. Just tell me and I will.
It has bothered me all along that Perper was to be the only one asking questions, since it had been *assumed* by the Seminole PD (publicly) that there was no foul play involved.
Would be nice is some reporter asked him the question.

A report that there is a 5 year old son of Anna's living on a reservation. Look at the birth cert etc on the right...........

Are we sure?? He was yapping about not being paid before Anna died. Maybe Howie was able to throw some money his way after selling Daniel's funeral pictures and some of Dannielynn's pictures.

as in there is no coincidence between something Geraldo found out and isn't sharing (yet) and Wecht having his autopsy on the line and being so defensive.
If no one has replied to your question yet, I will (getting behind in reading here, skipping around).
It's true that HKS did not go in the ambulance, Moe did. Moe was with her at the hospital and told a story about not being able to get the hospital chaplain there to give her last rites, so he did.
I have no idea when HKS came back into the picture that afternoon. It was said he talked with Seminole PD at some point in the afternoon or early evening - but his sister BonBon said in an interview that she got there from CA as soon as possible and he was catatonic "in his hotel room."
Ron Rale came out and gave a statement at some point that evening and said that Howard had been "sedated" and couldn't speak. But again, he had to have come from CA, so this was all later.
