Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Of COURSE. And if it were done at home the botulitum toxin could've been stored at home. Problem is its untraceable in the body.

Saw it a long time ago. I don't remember it at all. What was is with the condiments in the cupboard? Was the guy OCD and his wife wasn't a good housekeeper?
I'd like to see a judge order HKS for drug testing (hair) and see how fast he pulls a Britney Spears and goes bald.
I saw a blog post somewhere that said HKS gets away with so much because nobody pays any attention to him, he can just slip around undetected because no one cares what he's doing. So true!

Oh, I didn't know about the "private school." I did notice that his mom is on the PTA donors list for Dixie Canyon Elementary School.
I don't know where his brother is the principal, but that's the street they live on - and a bit of trivia - that's the school the Brady Bunch went to on their TV program! Too funny.

Right botox is a very small dose of the toxin. But if it were in the house in a bottle so that the injections could be done at home, he'd have enough to kill her. He couldve mixed it in with one of her other injections.

I think Perper was trying to get the hearing overwith fast. And the burial done. So that afterward he could come forward with the true cause of death "homocide". I believe he's working with the Broward County authorities and piecing together a good case to put "Homocide" on that death certificate.
And yes he's starstruck, but maybe he has integrity in his job and really wants the truth to come out but not before the funeral. The funeral was going to be crazy enough as it is.

Perper kept using the word "mystery" and I would infer that to mean "suspicious". I think he wants to be VERY certain that he has it nailed so it is beyond dispute. He's staking his reputation on this one.

(CNN) -- Health officials in Florida and New Jersey are investigating whether four people -- hospitalized in those two states -- may have contracted botulism from Botox injections.
Two of the four -- identified as married couple Eric and Bonnie Kaplan -- are in critical condition in the intensive care unit at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in southeastern Florida.
Officials at the Palm Beach County hospital said the Kaplans have botulism, and both recently received Botox injections.
He was a nutcase, and abused his wife [Julia Roberts] Everything had to be in perfect order the cans in the cupboard, the towels on the rack, no dust on ledges, what she wore and on and on. I guess you could say OCD to the nth degree. And a controlling maniac on top of it. If anything was out of place, he beat her up. She finally escaped by faking her drowning death at sea. I loved this movie because he finally found her because she made one mistake. He showed up in her new town and tried to kill her and her new friend but she killed him!! Revenge is sweet!
Early on, all we heard was Taz, Taz, Taz....and her little dissertations on Anna's death.....but I don't think we heard EARLY....anything by or about Brigitte Neven.
In reviewing info on Brigitte Neven, the long time companion of King Gibson, (who is the father of Shane Gibon), I see that Neven is a nurse but would like to verify it.
I'd also like to know why Brigitte was with Anna instead of her long time companion, King Gibson. I'm curious as to WHEN Brigitte went to be with Anna and when the boat first docked.
Howard was at the dock with Captain Gibson only a couple minutes when he got the call. He never said anything about Brigitte to the good Captain as if Howard didn't know Brigitte was there????? And Brigitte didn't call the Captain ASAP and the Captain didn't rush to be with Brigitte??? Why didn't Howard take the Captain with him??? The boat was locked down. They hadn't boarded yet to look around.
I guess that's what I mean about Howard's "TMI" MO and then there's large gaps in "no information". The boat was 5 miles from the Hotel. Howard was 40 feet from his car. Gibson and Stern were not on the boat according to the Captain and had just arrived at the dock.
How can they do that?
