Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Howard showing any pictures of Anna and Larry in bed but mean one BIG lawsuit against Howard. THAT's an invasion of privacy NO MATTER what Anna's wishes were. He would want to destroy them if anything. Maybe that's the reference to "very personal pictures" in the "stuff stolen".

I searched for Maritime weddings to look for exceptions. I found one that may apply. The catch is a license has to be filed in a timely fashion AFTER the ceremony.

Since the Captain was a "Gibson" and I assume King Gibson, it had aroused my suspicions. And I'll bet Captain Gibson is also a notary.

The limits off the Bahama coast is only 3 miles. That aroused my suspicions regarding the jump unto which might be dry land depending on the tides.

I have a feeling that the Captain filled out the license and there is an affidavit signed by Anna and Howard. In other words, Anna truly thought she was married. AND THAT'S WHY THERE WAS NO DRESS IN THE WORKS FOR THE REAL WEDDING????

It may be that filing can be anyplace because they were in international waters (IF THEY WERE). And it may be that there is a further exception TO THE FILING if one winds up dead in a few days but it is "Written Evidence" of "Anna's Wishes".

Remember, Howard said he didn't want to get married. "Anna wanted to get married".

No matter, the 10 carat rock is personally his. That's a given.

Notice that a Gibson family member was around in the Bahamas AND FLORIDA on the day of both Anna's and Daniel's death.

Wonder what the pictures of King Gibson and Anna look like. The photo of the Gibson that received the Rolex was OBVIOUSLY a blackmail photo....a warning to King Gibson.

So from my perspective, King Gibson & wife and Howard are the Chief Conspirators in the deaths of Daniel and Anna.

Wonder if King Gibson has a record...or he's a drug smuggler.

Yes, but anti-depressant (Zoloft, etc...) offers no high. Not downers like qualudes, you literally don't 'feel' anything. Just stop being so depressed in a few WEEKS. It's not something that even takes place immediately, it takes several weeks for anti-depressants to work. These are not like Valium or Xanax.

Committment ceremonies are what "gays" have (I think), i.e., it doesn't carry "heterosexual intercourse" as a fulfillment of the contract. I just threw that in to cover Howard's bases and he is from California....The anything goes state.

And given Anna's behavior, she very might have been molested and her mother turned a blind eye (or that's how ANS percieved it). It's not like it hasn't happened before (to me actually). I went through a 'loose' phase myself and also eating disorders.
