Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I know. It's crazy to be crazy over that little girl. But she's so cute, and she has no mother, and she's being held hostage by a psycho who wants her inheritance.

Disgusting. And we are supposed to be happy about these people raising Dannielynn. I don't think so. How sick!!!!
Can't wait until Larry and Virgie get next of kin status and lock the Sterns completely out!!

Anna Nicole Smith's mother seeks reburial of Daniel

After Florida Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin ruled that the body of Anna Nicole Smith should be buried in the Bahamas, next to her deceased son Daniel, it seemed the legal battles over the final resting place of the former Playboy Playmate had been settled. Despite the apparent agreement between Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, Smith's boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, and her former lover, Larry Birkhead, who has claimed he is father of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn, more court cases would be necessary. Virgie Arthur filed an appeal with a high Florida court which, after hearing arguments from both sides, upheld the ruling of Judge Seidlin. On Friday, Anna Nicole Smith was buried in a ceremony complete with fanfare and media attention, and as her body was laid to rest next to her son Daniel, the saga regarding the burial of Anna Nicole Smith seemed to be at an end.
On Monday, Virgie Arthur made sure that her legal maneuvers were not yet finished. Virgie Arthur filed a request with a Bahamian court to consider her request to exhume the body of Daniel Smith, who died just three days after his mother, Anna Nicole Smith, gave birth to her daughter, Dannielynn. Despite the fact that Daniel Smith was buried in the Bahamas in September in accordance with the wishes of Anna Nicole Smith, Virgie Arthur is seeking to rebury Daniel's body in Texas, where Smith was born. The request came from Virgie Arthur after she reportedly claimed to have a letter from Daniel's father that authorized her to ask the Bahamian courts to allow her to exhume Daniel's body and bury him in Texas, according to the Bahama Journal. According to the report, Virgie Arthur filed the request on Friday, the same day that Anna Nicole Smith was finally laid to rest in Nassau, next to Daniel Smith.
While Virgie Arthur has continued her legal action against the burial of her daughter and grandson in the Bahamas, despite the fact both have already been buried, reports indicate the other Anna Nicole Smith legal saga may be heading towards an end. Since the birth of Dannielynn Stern, whose birth certificate indicates her father is Howard K. Stern, Smith's former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, has been seeking a DNA test of baby Dannielynn to determine the baby's paternity once and for all. After the tragic death of Anna Nicole Smith on Feb. 8, the paternity battle over Dannielynn has heated up to a fever pitch which showed no signs of abating. But while the legal process to compel a DNA test from Dannielynn and Howard K. Stern is moving at a snail's pace, reports have surfaced that Howard K. Stern has been involved in secret talks with Larry Birkhead to reach a settlement deal regarding the custody of Dannielynn.
Fox News has reported that Howard K. Stern is working at a rapid pace to reach a deal before DNA results are released, which may indicate that Larry Birkhead is indeed the father of Dannielynn. Ireland On-Line quoted a source that said, ""Howard wanted Larry to sign so that it looked like everyone was in agreement, and that it wasn't just Howard benefiting from these deals. Larry said the baby's guardian (Richard Milstein) should sign the papers for him and the baby, but (Milstein) wouldn't. So then Larry wouldn't."
But now TMZ has reported that Debra Opri, the attorney for Larry Birkhead, will not agree to any deals with Howard K. Stern. Opri was quoted by the celebrity gossip website as saying that the only thing needing negotiation is, "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."
TMZ has been reporting that Stern has asked Birkhead for some level of involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after the paternity test reveals who the biological father of Dannielynn is. Debra Opri was again quoted by TMZ as saying, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion." Opri also said that she was waiting until after the funeral for Anna Nicole Smith before she responded to the request from Stern. But, with the firm rejection of the negotiations from Stern, it's now up to him to decide whether or not to drag on the paternity case or to submit Dannielynn to DNA testing.

Todd Connor, Fox News, reported Stern's sister left the service and they didn't know why. He stated they would follow up, but I guess in the interest of good taste decided not to broadcast the reason on the day of the FUNeral.

Thanks. I read your post too late...I switched the channel just as he was signing off. The good thing is that the same show is repeated here on another channel at 10 pm within the week. I'll be sure to watch. Was it good?
No, I think his attempt to give ANS her daily drug quotient resulted in switched drinks and the death of Danie.
I think Anna with guys to whom she was attracted OR with guys who were able to be of help financially.
Howard did not fit into either category.
