Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
If Larry is the bio father AND good guy as we like to think, I can't imagine why he would even consider joint custody with Howie. Hopefully, this is NOT TRUE because just the thought of such a deal brings up the idea of money. Sorry to see Fox spreading this tale...
Death certificates (cause of death)are evidence in a murder cases. The court has powers, too.

Larry's lawyer Opri may be encouraging Larry to talk with Howard to "feel him out".
I previously commented that Larry seemed intimidated by Stern - otherwise why did he "allow" him to participate in/control his relationship with ANS? Another question is why did ANS allow Stern to control her life so completely? He must have scared her to death....think Stockholm syndrome.
That whole dynamic is something out of the realm of my life experience - that's probably why it's so hard to understand.
There had to be a nurse in the room at some point that morning. And, breakfasts are scheduled. Intake/output are kept track of, etc etc. Meds are passed out. There's hospital liability involved here so you know Anna doesn't get a pass on hospital routine.

This item seems to have gone away, but I'm certain that in a early video, Anna said that Daniel felt "hot".....like with a fever.
You have to wonder if the Hospital Charts have been seized, copied, altered or held somewhere as evidence.
Of course, we know who would have claimed "confidentiality" before Bahamian LE could subpoena them.
There is so much wrong with the way these two homicides have been handled.
I'll cut him some slack - he, like Virgie, have been subjected to media bias, grief, humiliation, pressure, kangaroo court antics and no resolution to what is clearly fraudulent activity by Stern and his goons.
He is in a bizzaro world - what normal human being could handle it?

That's why there are those extreme closeups of Anna in this video....so you can't see Howard.
I'll bet my booties, the part where he nudged her was edited out for future showings.
Grapefruit was a "diet food" when my mom was on a diet about 50 years ago.

Ques: If Howard and Anna were going to REALLY get married in two weeks (the day Howard was on the stand), why have the Boat ceremony.
Ans: The boat marriage was a video to show a "a committed couple" with THEIR child. There is an exception to marriage at sea wherein the Captain can file a license AFTER the ceremony. It has to be filed in a timely fashion. I believe that Anna did sign one and thought they were really married. I'm hoping that it is among the papers that were taken.
Why ask Thompson to "be the "BAHAMIAN" father" of Danielynn if Howard was the father?
Ans: He was a true resident. The house deal was going sour and that would mean that Larry and Thompson would become the embattled parties. Howard wouldn't even be considered a party to the DNA case. But that went sour, too. Thompson had a vasectomy. Howard was simply trying to keep himself out of a "perjury" situation. He was VERY careful in court to say that: "I'm the father under Bahama Law". Seidlien trapped him with the question by NOT allowing the "biological" question.
In fact, the judge set several traps for Howard and he fell right into them. The father, the marriage, the insurance, the "do you make money", the apartment, the drugs. I think you will look at Seidlan differently in hindsight 'cause Howard has so 'splaining to do under the penalty of perjury. And that's just the beginning. Howard will be in court for a long time and in Alcatraz for an even longer time. Perhaps he can work on his appeals while he's there and discuss "where the plan went wrong" with Peterson. Peterson can blame in on "the hand of God" because the bodies were never suppose to emerge.
So, I'm waiting for "the Hand of God" in this case. Man becomes an inferior creature when he "goes astray". His mind has to defy his conscience.

Posted last night re: hospital worker time line
He had flown to the Bahamas on September 9 and was picked up at the airport by Stern at 10.25pm. At 6.20am the next day, a hospital worker saw Daniel help his mother to the bathroom. At 9.38am, Smith noticed he wasn't breathing.

Howard made a mistake. There would have been THOUSANDS if she was buried in the USA.
The reporter has conveniently forgotten that this man saw his daughter for the first time in first six months of her life. That is, in my opinion, all the reason for Larry to be happy and celebrate! We've already seen him cry over the loss of Anna.
I'm sure all of you will agree with me.
Boy....meals are usually around 8:00 AM. I think they're keeping a lot under wraps right now.
