Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
THAT may be why no one is jumping out of the woodwork from his youth (say 10-25) to say something good (or bad) about the guy....and in particular, I mean females. You don't talk about "creeps". They send a chill down your spine forever.
Doesn't give one confidence that the inquest into Daniels' death has any chance of being legitimate.
"According to IN TOUCH Mag.....the role of her lawyer, (in the death of Daniel), is being questioned. "Howard gave us a much different account of what happened when Daniel died than the story he gave on Larry King" says a Bahamian official."
OH so Stern was caught - again - in total lies?
LIke they say about HRC and BJC - Stern is an exceptionally good liar.
Thanks for the pictures, WCG! The baby is beautiful.
It is so sad that the mother/daughter relationship couldn't continue as normal as it appears in the pics. ANS looks totally 'sober' and engaged in loving her child.
I think the one I like best of them is the one of him in the black tshirt and her in the pink swimsuit top. They just look happy and natural. (Of course HKS is in the background)
weekend insider on TV now locally for me - More Stern drama as always - Moe carrying ol'man marshall's urn with his ashes in it.
they are showing the gown she was buried in (the whole thing) It is rather pretty and not gaudy as I expected.
Howard picked Daniel up at the airport, drove him to the hospital...
then did they all spend the night in Anna's room and Daniel died the next morning? Is that the correct chain of events?
No, you're reading it wrong....It says spouse, parent (i.e., relatives).....or any other party (non-relatives)with an interest and can prove that interest by evidence. In other words, if I was named in Anna's will, I could get a certificate which included cause of death if I produced the will and attested that I was the person named in her will.
If I read that correctly, it means "any other person"..So if you or I were beneficiars of an insurance policy that Anna made out to US, the we could get a copy of the D/C.

I hope I am reading it wrong
Looks like we agree. We even used the same example. Been there, done that!
I hope we are right, native. Ya never know how Howie will spin it to his advantage :)

Anyone can respond to my post 21509 if you want!
Thanks.
I know absolutely that you are wrong. Went with an attorney for 10 years. Learned a lot...lotsa strange, big words. Have Black's law dictionary but that is for my own profession. It's a great source.
Did I read here or hear on TV that the Bahamian court has ordered DNA testing prior to March 16?
the dress anna was in looks somewhat like this one - except in light pale pink and it had a non gaudy bust area that was decorated in light pale pink rhinestones in a large heart shape. The rhinestones blended in with the fabric real well.

I don't know if HKS picked him up or whether he took a taxi to the hospital. But, you have the timing right. Anyone else know if HKS picked up Daniel at the airport?
"Then, came a bombshell. The Tribune newspaper, the most credible source of information in The Bahamas, weighed in with new and detailed information Bahamians could trust. Managed by a foreigner with a disdain for Bahamian corruption, the well-respected paper reported that "20 year-old Daniel Wayne Smith, had been dead 'for some time' before hospital officials were called in to perform advanced life saving procedures."
Oh my! Do we see a pattern here????
