Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
They specifically say "staying with her in her two-bedroom suite", so that is before paramedics arrived. Odd.
A 39' boat is a yacht, imo.
Friends and family of Vickie Lynn Hogan are pretty sure she died of a drug overdose. Autopsy results won’t be released for a few days, but many think they already know the cause. Sources and witnesses at the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida say that she looked “extremely bloated when she vomited out something white before having a seizure early this afternoon.” Hotel employees said that all week she was experiencing headaches, stomach aches, nausea and flu-type symptoms. Anna and Howard K. Stern along with a nurse and bodyguard checked into the hotel on Monday and planned to check out on Friday. They were in town to buy a boat to take back to the Bahamas.
These two comments don't make sense.

The same source claims that Smith took what was referred to as a "children's sedative," and had "kept passing out" before her death.
That is ugly. However, these rumors have been around for since his death - I guess people had a hard time explaining why ANS was so totally against a DNA test.

This just posted on CNN: The nurse who found Anna Nicole Smith unconscious in her hotel room waited "a while" before calling hotel staff for help, sources familiar with the investigation into Smith's death tell CNN.
Anyone watching CNN can verify?

I thought, from the small snippets that I caught, that CNN had the best coverage. Susan pointed out that there was an unusually long delay before paramedics were called - that Stern actually was called before them. It smells.
True....dunno. Just saying what I heard....maybe Stern was being nice and told the guy after a strenuous hearing...."Here, this will help---take some of these..." ;)

The people around her should be brought up on manslaughter, for not calling the paramedics when she kept passing out. And one of these people is a NURSE???
Wonder if Howard hired that nurse of death?
