Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Yeah, she did represent the Jackson family . . . but . . . that is cause to worry in itself. I hope her motives are not all self-serving.
One of the Fox contributor lawyers, a guy whose name I can't remember, said LB asked him to represent him, but he declined. When asked why he wouldn't respond, but did say LB seemed to be a nice guy and he believes him to be the father of DL.
I believe that Marshall would have been very specific as to what he would want ANS to have. I read that he taught Trust and Estate Law. God...if someone gave me just 1/3 of the money that Anna and Howie have blown through I'd be rich.

Funny thing about the pundits - did you see that caption on the photo above of the pallbearers? The only ones they knew were the same ones I knew and they even spelled them the same - coincidence or what?
Old man Marshall made a video of what he willed to Anna. It mentioned specifics. It did NOT mention the assets accumulated during the duration of their marriage, in other words, what she would have gotten if he had died intestate. She got greedy but Howard was greedier and Anna and Daniel are dead because of it.
