Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The house is the 14th, the paternity is the 16th. Avoiding the Ides.
Horizon mansion hearing is the 14th, paternity the 16th.

Well... WHO is the administrator of the Dannielynn trust???? HKS???? so who really is getting the moola from this funeral? Not Dannielynn, HKS is getting it.
I think Anna might have found out that her chances of getting cold cash from Marshall was 0 to 0 and I'll bet the old settlement is off the table

And as long as he can remain "some kind of father", he's likely to keep his mits on that trust.
Definitely the eyes are the window into the soul and he has no soul.... I, too, find it beyond strange that not one person has come forward (other than his sister) to talk about HKS.
No matter who gets the baby, if inheritance does come from the Marshalls/Koch Industries HKS will never control it, particularly since the Marshall estate is in Texas.
That fact really bothers me... what kind of a representative of Dannielynn is that guy.
This from HKS's eulogy -- sums it all up:
When we were together, it didn't matter what people said, nothing mattered because we knew the truth. ... Sometimes it felt like it was us against the world.
He kept her drugged out and encouraged her paranoia and made it seem like it was just the two of them against the world. It was in his best interests to keep it that way.
My husband, believe it or not, is beginning to get interested in this. He's asking me questions. First thing he said to me this morning was not "good morning", it was "are there any criminal charges against the guy yet?" And then he said he was worried that the baby would be next. Then as we were watching CourtTV and they were talking about the insurance policies, I asked him "are you getting into this now?". He said "No-ho-ho". (yeah right)
I would hope any settlement would specify a court appointed administrator for Dannielynn's benefit.
IMO, that looks vulgar. It looks like a couch not a coffin.
