Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I agree. I emailed him and his little assistant. I know it doesn't matter, but I felt better after I did it.
I think that would've shown up.
I'll admit I'm looking at this whole thing unfolding much differently than that majority here, which is one reason I've backed off posting on it, but he had a phone number to reach Daniel when he was doing the TV show, where was he all the prior years? I think this is starting to become more about money (to most everyone) and it makes me sick.
Do we have to wait til tonite to hear what he said in his "eulogy"? Or do we know already?

He didn't say I don't know or not that I'm aware of. That means he made an enquiry (if he had to) because most folks keep insurance policies in a safe place. But forget that....If he was working the Marshall case, he was privy to EVERYTHING and Insurance policies are usually considered "assets". If he failed to list them in the bankruptsy filing, he may be in big trouble for that.

Something would have came up by then. It was nearly five months.
Not to mention, she would have had more trouble trying to get up out of the water like she was with those scars. That just looked PAINFUL, from memory of my csections. Trying to stand up from sitting down in water??
She says shortly before Daniel died, before he went to the Bahamas, his land-lord said he was very, very sick.

Court TV, the other half of the Ashley Banfield team, he actually is pretty decent.
I was thinking that, too - but I've never seen all the financials for that case, only the legal summaries and court minutes.
That's right, I heard it and it's on tape, but would anyone here take bets he gets a purjury charge out of it?
