Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I agree. It's only a matter of time before Howard is behind bars. I'll bet he skates any sort of Homicide chg though. These types always seem to get away w/ murder.

I hope the Marshalls offer the orig settlement ( I think 18m?) to the trust of Dannielynn. To be held in trust until she reaches 21 yrs of age.

Because it involves "insurance", it may turn into a major crime. Getting the insurance companies involved is a BIG DEAL. They played a BIG role in the Scott Peterson case.

You're exactly right; unfortunately a friend of mine has a child on meth right now; it's pathetic the way she acts.
I cannot even stand to be around her, which has caused some problems between me and my friend. She was born two weeks before Drew was born and I cannot help but be furious that she's pi$$ing her life away, not to mention destroying her (enabling) family. It's gotten quite ugly between me and them a few times.

I have a feeling insurance companies are already involved - O'Q has good sources in that industry and probably uses the same investigators, who tipped him off.
The Marshall have way MORE money than Howard..I wouldn't give him one dime in settlement. That money would ruin little Dannilynns life anyway. JMO.
