Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
No worry....I'm pretty sure Howard shoots blanks....Bet that's why she asked Thompson to be the father and make a deal.....
I suppose there were other kids from some of Vergies hubbys, also. We need a chart...

There is a chart - back around post # 11,000(???)
I'll look for it;)
IIRC Virgie only has 2 children- Anna and a son. All the other Hogans are her step-children. She took care of 6 children and had 5 husbands. Not that there's anything wrong with that - she was an LE for 28 years - so she was always able to take care of her obligations as a mother and citizen.
According to Wikipedia Virgie is on her 6th marriage. One of her husbands died.

HK$ shoots blanks.
ROFL
See above. I was wrong, as it is not Virgies daughter, but ANS's fathers child. But I would say yes -- when your child (and their children) are homeless, you do what you can to assist. At least for the grandchild.
But I'll blame the dad for this one.
"Is it Virgies fault Anna was no better than a high priced call-girl...on drugs?"
I believe most are the products of their upbringing. ANS has had horror stories regarding her upbringing. Her aunt (in Mexia) was interviewed and she confirmed ANS's account of her childhood.
"I know a couple of pillar of the community type families whose kids are druggies living on the street. I sympathize with them..and don't call them "scum". That's really uncalled for."
There are always exceptions, but I doubt those "pillars of the Community" types would be slamming their childs memory and allowing their body to rot -- all in the name of money.
Sorry -- I call them as I see them. There are no heros in this sordid affair. It's all about the money.
If you're still watching Fox, did you hear E.D. repeat her statement about the crowd booing Virgie?
Wonder if E.D. is watching a live feed or getting reports via reporters on scene.
I can't watch online, but someone posted this link:

ok...E.D. on Fox is right up there in the stupid dept. with Ashleigh Banfield. She keeps claiming that Vergie was booed....from what has been reported, it was Goat that got the boos. Shep, Ashleigh and E.D.....The Three Stooges
Looks like Virgie gave birth to 3 children.

She was born Vickie Lynn Hogan in Houston, Texas,[2] the only child of Donald Eugene Hogan (born July 12, 1947) and Virgie Mae Tabers (born July 12, 1951),[3] who married on February 22, 1967.[4] Her father then left the family; he and Virgie divorced on November 4, 1969. Virgie's oldest child, Vickie's half-brother, is David Luther Tacker, Jr. (born 1966).[5] Vickie Hogan was raised by her mother and aunt, Elaine (Todd) Tabers, wife of Virgie's brother, Melvin Tabers.
Virgie, who worked as a law enforcement officer in Houston for 28 years, subsequently married Donald R. Hart in 1971.[6] Their child was Donald Ray Hart, Jr. (born 1972).[7] After Virgie married Donald Hart, Vickie Hogan changed her name to Nikki Hart.[8] Virgie and Donald Hart divorced in 1983. Virgie then married Joe D. Thompson (1987, divorced 1991), James T. Sanders (1996, died 1996), and James H. Arthur (2000).
Vickie's father Donald married Wanda Faye Atkinson in 1970 and had the following children: Donna Hogan (born 1971), Donald Ray Hogan (born 1973), and Amy Hogan (born 1975).[9][10] Donald and Wanda were divorced in 1978.[11] Donald married Carolyn S. Vandver in 1996.
Vickie attended Durkee Elementary School and Aldine Intermediate School in Houston. When she was in the 9th grade, she was sent to live with her mother's younger sister, Kay Beall, in Mexia, Texas.[12] At Mexia High School, Vickie failed her freshman year; she quit school during her sophomore year.[13]
While working as a waitress at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken in Mexia, she met Billy Wayne Smith, who was a cook at the restaurant. The couple married April 4, 1985;[14] she was 17 and he was 16. The next year, she gave birth to their son, Daniel Wayne Smith. She and Billy separated in 1987 and she moved to Houston with one-year-old Daniel. They were officially divorced February 3, 1993, in Houston.[15]
sweet
I'm sorry, I didn't read your post all the way through. My bad. No live TV that I know of. Sorry!
AND, I bet he was a minority or illegal. Had a terrible childhood and disabled.
I have a feeling Howard convinced her to have him buried in the Bahamas. Danny hated it there!
And Anna knew it.

E.D. was better on F&F.
It's not working well--only an occasional image.
I agree! (Fox & Friends was better with E.D., too)
