Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I don't agree that HKS would want the baby there for photos. The last photo we have of her she already looks like Larry Birkhead. Probably even more so now. Plus, what if someone touched her and/or somehow got ahold of her DNA. Plus, remember "Anna's wish" that her mother "never touch her child". That would look bad if HKS at the funeral were caught pulling the baby away or sending her off with "the help" to get her away from her grandmother.

DENVER -- An Aurora lawyer is now part of the legal team representing Anna Nicole Smith's mother in a fight to be part of her granddaughter's life.
Franklin Azar said Houston attorney John O'Quinn asked him to be part of the case. The two have worked together previously in lawsuits against Wal-Mart.
Azar was in the Bahamas earlier this week, and will attend Smith's funeral on Saturday.
A friend of Smith's who's helping plan the service ssif it'll be "over the top," with dozens of pink flowers, and music from a well-known performer whose name organizers won't yet release.
The 39-year-old Smith died in a Florida hotel Feb. 8, setting off a battle over burial and for custody of Smith's baby girl, Dannielynn, between Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, Smith's partner, Howard K.-Stern, and ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead.

Wait. What? Does that mean it was a non-natural death? Wouldn't disease or a seizure be a natural death? So we can rule that out or at least there was something else in conjunction with that? Country singer JOE NICHOLS will sing the poignant, emotional ballad "I'll Wait for You," as well as DOLLY PARTON's moving anthem "Wings of a Dove," at the funeral, as requested by Howard. Anna met the singer at the Grand Ole Opry back in 2005, and she was a fan of his music.

He'll probably say "accidental" as to the manner of death, but I have no idea what they will put for cause of death, other than lethal drug interaction.
I just hope they take it a little further. The idea of Perper doing the "questioning" of the witnesses leaves me cold.
ET has learned that the graveside mourners will each be handed a red rose and a pink rose to lay on the coffin. The red rose symbolizes Daniel, while the pink symbolizes Anna. Each guest will also be asked to write a personal note to Anna on pink heart-shaped paper. Those messages will be dropped into the grave so her casket is engulfed in messages of love.

It's custom-made, like Daniel's, but I didn't hear color. Seems like they said something about it not being just like she wanted and not quite like Daniel's, for some reason.
I'm sure HKS will be glad to sell us an explanation.
